Hi @srooney_tgny , Please see this guide - https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/error-failed-to-import-data-to-the-content-directory-co-000025136 I'd recommend providing the Portal for ArcGIS Windows service account with the required full control permissions on the necessary folders. When you install Portal for ArcGIS, the account you specify during installation runs the Portal for ArcGIS service and is known as the Portal for ArcGIS account. At a minimum, this account must be granted the following privileges: \arcgis\portal*—Read, write, and execute \arcgisportal—Full control

Hi @ZacharyStanley You can set new member defaults to include default groups and default add-on licences (if necessary) for new members. Are you using these default settings to help your workflow? https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/portal/latest/administer/windows/configure-new-member-defaults.htm#:~:text=For%20User%20Type%20and%20Role,automatically%20assign%20to%20new%20members.

Hi @ChadMisiuk , I would recommend you log this with ArcGIS Ideas on Esri Community. Users will be able to upvote on this great idea and we might see this functionality in a future release. I would also recommend that you log this with Esri Technical Support, so that an enhancement can be created if required, and you'll receive updates once your case has been attached to this. Thanks, Amy

Hi, In addition to the CA signed certificate in IIS and binded to HTTPS, have you also updated the certificates in the ArcGIS Server, Portal for ArcGIS and ArcGIS DataStore keystores? It's likely that the server's root certificate is untrusted and may be configured without a subject alternative name (SAN) parameter. An untrusted certificate includes self-signed certificates and certificates issued by an unrecognised certificate authority (CA). I would replace the self-signed certificate with a CA-signed certificate within the ArcGIS Server Administrator Directory. To generate a new CA-signed certificate and configure ArcGIS Server with the certificate, refer to ArcGIS Server: Configure ArcGIS Server with a new CA-signed certificate. To configure ArcGIS Server with an existing CA-signed certificate, refer to ArcGIS Server: Configure ArcGIS Server with an existing CA-signed certificate.
