@BigBry79 you're the real MVP. Was looking around for this exact option. Thanks. I learn so much more from the community than I do from Esri documentation/videos/blogs. This blog shows a lot of Survey123 options, but does not have screenshots associated to specific examples listed, very confusing.

This workaround works...though it shouldn't be a workaround years later. Place the 0% transparency raster in a group with desired tranparency set.

I threw the gtag.js script into the index.html file located in C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Portal\apps\sites on the enterprise server and it seems to be tracking. Note you need to create a new property in Google Analytics with your enterprise domain, then grab the global site tag you have. Since I only put it on the "sites" specific index.html file, I believe it will only be tracking any ArcGIS Site that I create. If I want to set it up for the entire domain (ie: the GIS home page and all sub pages), I might try injecting the script into the index.html within "C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Portal\framework\webapps\arcgis#home", though I haven't tested that yet.

I have the same issue occurring on an Enterprise 10.8.1 setup. No offline areas download properly on my Android and the developer tools (press login 3 times) show "placeholder", nothing helpful. They make applications 70% complete and advertise as a fully functional built-in solution.

I have the same error on my Android. I'm pretty annoyed with Esri's half-baked apps/software when they are clearly advertised to work. No QA of their software at all.

Update: Worked with a very helpful support analyst who helped install our domain SSL properly on within Portal Admin. Once installed, the orphaned/duplicate services were no longer appearing when overwriting services. We also binded our domain as the host name within IIS, so internal access via the machine name is not possible anymore. Here's a screenshot for anyone else having the issue I had previously.

Still happening in 2021 on an EC2 single machine deployment (10.8.1), server federated with portal. I detailed in another reply but we have 1 signed cert (not wildcard) for our domain. The default self-signed certs for Portal/Server are still active and our internal browser's do not recognize our machine name/localhost as secure, but our domain is secured. Are any of these solutions Esri supported? I assume everyone with an EC2 will have to do something for this issue? Support mentioned to add an SAN with the amazon domain, like (slides 23-25), but that is not an option since it is blacklisted. Support said it is out of their scope, yet our Enterprise won't function properly until this is resolved. (so how is it out of scope?)

Any updates to this work around? I'm having the same issue on 10.8.1 with a domain SSL (not wildcard) and self-signed cert on the portal/server on an Amazon EC2. I've contacted esri support and they are suggesting to add a SAN (amazonaws.com) to our cert as shown in slides 23-25 here. The problem is that the amazon domain is blacklisted, so that is not a possible solution for us. Support told me since SAN's are outside of their scope that they would not assist with the blacklisted SAN issue. So now I'm stuck with an ArcGIS Enterprise Portal/Server that are running and healthy with the exception of the SSL configuration, even though we have a signed cert and domain. Anybody know of a solution to this? I would assume others with EC2's are in the same position.
