Hi, I had this same error on my environments: 10.6.1 and Pro 2.2 I could solve this error when I published the UN with all UN layers present in the map. (In my case, transmission and distribution layers) Check if when you published your map, the warning bellow appeared to you "24099 The web layer being published cannot be consumed by ArcGIS Pro without all the Utility Network layers being present." To a fast test, add the UN in the map (it will load all layers from UN in the map) and publish. Hope it helps you! Antonio Junior.

Geoevent shloud have some option to disable read the inputs again when it services is restarted, for example in a fail machine. Is inconvenient for example when the output is configured to send email that is not necessary to people. Causing a wrong alert sending.

Hi Mattew, I'm facing the same problem to run spatial analysis in Portal or ArcGIS 10.4. I went trough the documentation is it was fine. I can publish hosted service, is federated using webadaptor context. Just Spatial Analysis in Portal doesn't work. The message is {"messageCode": "AO_100105", "message": "CalculateDensity failed."} My federation property: { "portalUrl": "https://win104.img.local/portal", "privatePortalUrl": "https://WIN104.IMG.LOCAL:7443/arcgis", "portalSecretKey": "621e614a64ca47f0aa50386149e0e8cb", "portalMode": "ARCGIS_PORTAL_FEDERATION", "serverId": "rQJ7VcQSne6EhbQq", "serverUrl": "https://win104.img.local/arcgis" } Shoud I try to unfederate and federate again? Thank you! Best Regards.

I'm facing the same problem here. Error: Underlying DBMS error [[Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0][SQL Server]There are no rows in the current fetch buffer Using arcgis 10.2.2 and working with offline data. When I try to edit features using ArcMap(same dataset as I use in offline mode), works for a while, then appear the error reported above. Quite similar with Sumant Mallavaram problem.

You can rename your keycode to .ecp to associate with authorization file. If the authorization file is in other machine, you can use \\server\c$ to access c:\ if you have permission to do this.
