I Have contacted ESRI Canada about this and they have said they can replicate the issue and have forwarded it to Esri Inc for further review.

Hi, Does anyone happen to know if the subset data selection tool and the way it reads how many subdata exists in a raster dataset has changed between 10.2 and 10.3. I am working Climate Data that has multiple rasters in a raster dataset. When you view the same raster data set in arcmap 10.2, there are 769 rasters in the hdf file, However if the same dataset is opened in 10.3, there appears to be 5297 subdatasets. For some reason in 10.3, the same subdataset is appearing multiple of times which did not happen in 10.2. In the attachment, you can see the same subdataset appearing multiple of times. I am not sure if this is a bug or not.

Hi Brandon, Thanks you for your response! Can you add a css property to the legend properties? The legend box is dynamic and I don't see any options in the legend properties to add a css to the property of the text.

Hi, I am trying to set up a layout templates for the export web map tool. The layouts I am using have a black background. I understand that you can change the text color of the legend in a map document by clicking properties -> items on the legend but however, if I remove all the layers and then re-add them, the color will go back to the deafult "black" which then can't be visible on my black backround. Is there a way to set up the templates to recognize a specific color as the legend text default so when I use the export web map tool, the exported map will not have a legend with black text?

Hi I am currently trying to calculate population sum for a raster layer which is in density per square kilometer for the entire earth's surface. Since raster pixels are not the same and change based on the latitude, I would like to calculate the individual raster cell area so I can then multiply population density per km by the total cell area. Ideally, I would like to assign this cell area value to the raster cell so I can multiply population density per km by the cell area to get total sum of population in that cell. My question to put it simply is how do I calculate individual cell sizes of a raster and then assign it to it's pixel. (I am using the Projected Coordinate System: WGS 1984 Web Mercator Auxiliary Sphere) Thanks
