As Nathan said, they recommend to keep your Event Editor and Enterprise versions in alignment. We are currently using Enterprise 10.8, so I wanted to make sure Event Editor was the same version. Unless I am misinterpreting him.

Nathan, Where is the best location to download previous versions of Event Editor to keep them in alignment?

Cameron, It answers it enough for me to be fairly certain it's possible. Thanks for the reply!

Does the Event Editor version have to be kept in lockstep with the Server version you are using or can you use a newer version of Event Editor? Currently using Server 10.8.1 for Portal, publishing with ArcGIS Pro 2.8. Wondering if we can use 10.9.1 Event Editor.

In newer versions of ArcGIS Pro (2.5+) the ability to size symbols by height or width was removed for a generalized sizing of the symbol (driven by attributes). This has removed the ability to maintain the largest map I have in ArcGIS Pro. I currently use these sizing fields to maintain the size of a sign's height and use the offset by attribute feature to offset street signs on the same support. Since the size by height or width was removed, I can no longer tell the height of the signs symbol because it is random based off the aspect ratio of the sign symbol, which makes offsetting impossible. See photo for example of previous working symbology.

Currently there are capabilities to offset symbols by attributes individually. It would be nice to be able to do it for all symbols in a layer in the "Vary symbology by attribute" pane like you can currently for size/transparency/color. I am maintaining a sign map for all the signs on county roads in 2D. Every time I add a symbol (new sign) I have to redo the offset connections for it. Thanks, Alex

I am currently working in Pro 2.3.3 and hyperlinks currently randomly open in Internet Explorer, even though Chrome is my default and 95% of the time the links open in it. Not sure if this is related.

It is a custom basemap, not an ArcGIS online basemap tile package. It has over 100 layers in it, with 12 scales. The issue is load time of the MXD. Not drawing, querying, etc. Without the extension, it takes about 30-40 seconds to open. With the extension 9-10 minutes. Yes the box is checked for enable faster drawing.

I doubt it is the computer as it is brand new. I have tried it on 3 different PC's. One was the first install of ArcGIS which was 10.6.1. New PC: Intel Xeon E-2136 32 GB DDR4 Nvidia Quadro P2000 Toshiba 1TB NVMe SSD

An MXD with a large amount of layers included (usually our basemap), the load time between the Roads and Highways extension vs. no extension, is ~10 minutes vs. ~30 seconds. Has anyone else noticed an issue with large MXD's being opened with the extension? I currently have to use another desktop to do my work not related to Roads and Highways. Turning the extension off does not change the outcome. Currently on Windows 7 and ArcMap 10.6.1, but had the same problem in previous versions. Thanks, Alex

I was wondering if anyone else was having issues with large MXD taking forever to open with the R&H extension installed vs not installed. Opening up an MXD with our basemap layers takes 10 minutes (R&H Extension) vs 1 minute. Turning off the extension does not help. Currently on ArcGIS 10.6.1 and Windows 10. But was the same on previous versions and Windows 7. Thanks, Alex
