Curious if there is a way to configure Collector to only collect new features within my specified accuracy and confidence? I've noticed that even once I've set a required confidence and accuracy, that I am able to place my location and override my actual location. I've looked in the settings for Collector but have not seen anything that would control that. Thanks in advance for any insight or assistance. -Antonio

Hi Derek, Thanks for the feedback. We had proceeded to upgrade to 10.7.1. Internally the apps are working now, but externally they fail to load when launched. We are making some adjustments tand reconnecting our web adaptor and hosting server, and will see if those changes solve the issue. -Antonio

Hi Derek, It could have something to do with the deployment installation. However we are not sure what it may be. We installed with the Builder and this presented quite abit of challenges that we needed to go back and fix. We've managed to get our configurations working as best as we can tell, except for the internal certificates. We've been able to also get Collector for ArcGIS Survey123, ArcGIS Earth and ArcGIS Maps for Office working as expected. With regards to the Operations Dahsboard we are abit of a loss, as we aren't getting any errors just the behavior is not as expected.

Our team has recently begun testing with ArcGIS Enterprise and have configured a base deployment of ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7 using a cloud server. In our testing and validation, noted that Operations Dashboard does not want to open. We have tried various methods to start Operations Dashboard through Portal. To give you an idea of what we are encountering, we had created a web map using a feature service hosted from Survey123. After choosing to share as an Operations Dashboard and inputting the title, tags, and summary, a blank page opens with no options (screenshot attached). We have not been able to find any documentation on this. This is also true for Sites (these are the only 2 in the App Launcher). Any assistance in helping us to understand this issue would be really appreciated.

Hi Thomas, Thank you for your reply. The issue was occurring with AGOL. We ended up taking this case to Esri and were able to resolve. We did look at the network traffic on the mobile device, and noticed that the same hosted service was giving trouble editing in AGOL. After some research we noted that the issue stems from the m and z values being enabled during the creation of the feature class in ArcGIS Desktop. Once those were removed, operations resumed as normal. Best, -Antonio

Receiving a sync error "An error occurred while synchronizing edits" with "No details" when using Collector for ArcGIS on Android V 18.0.3 Multiple troubleshooting efforts have been made including: Push Edits only set ON Refresh Clear cache from the device Clear cache from the Collector for ArcGIS App Upload using cellular data with wifi feature off Upload using various wifi network Uninstall, Restart and Reinstall Collector for ArcGIS Found article for downloading data from device and exporting as file geodatabase, but this is not ideal at the moment as there are multiple users. Error occurs after small edits and across 5 different devices: 3 Samsung Galaxy Tab As and 2 Trimble TDC 100s. Additionally the OS for devices are up to date. Any idea as to how to troubleshoot?

Is anyone familiar with an error with Collector Classic on Android whereby a vertex of polygon is moved upon editing of a polygon's attributes followed by the application crashing and closing? Also dealing with a second error whereby photos are taken for polygon structures and synchronized but then are mismatched to the feature collected. Any thoughts or insights would be helpful if anyone has experienced these before.

Hi James, Thanks for your quick reply! I have actually tried to do so, however one of the glitches I'm experiencing at the moment is that, I'm having alot of difficulty deleting the items. In some cases I receive an error that I cannot delete the folder because some items are delete protected, and so I've checked each item individually and noted that none of them are delete protected. I've also attempted creating multiple surveys with different names, different tags, etc, but I keep experiencing the same issue. As mentioned, even with all my previously created surveys which I've already designed and used, they don't want to open.

I'm experiencing an error when creating a basic survey in the web designer. After I acknowledge the error, my survey appears in the My Surveys list and the survey folder and items are created in my AGOL but when I attempt to access it, I am notified that my survey does not exist or is not accessible. I've also tried accessing previously created surveys, and i receive the same notification that my survey doesn't exist or is not accessible. I have not seen any documentation that Survey123 is not currently working, so I'm curious as to what may be causing these glitches?

Upon receiving link to activate Esri Account, user directed to set up an account. Subsequently asked to verify the account, and upon doing so directed to a log in page. Upon logging in, warning received of a used token. "This token has already been accepted. A token can only be accepted once." Cannot proceed to administering licences and downloads. This was the first time activating account and using link, why would this error be generated?
