Have you tried creating a .csv file with just a few test points to see if it can read that? Is the data on a shared drive? Are you all trying to access it at once?

The symbol next to the csv files doesn't look right, what version of ArcMap is it? Are you able to drag the files into ArcMap?

This Windows tool solved a similar Error 1325 for me after trying all the steps in this doc.(Error: Error 1325. EsriPyFldr is not a valid short file name ) https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17588/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed-or-removed

Correct, none of the other extensions should be affected. This is how I check to make sure it has read the options file correctly. 1. Create a text file in this location :C:\Program Files (x86)\ArcGIS\License10.4\bin (as an Administrator) 2. Name it ARCGIS.opt 3. Add your reservation and save the file. 4. Launch the License Server Admin 5. Under Start/Stop License Service- Reread the licenses 6. Under Diagnostics > Perform Status Inquiry You should see the reservation for Network Analyst. My example is for ArcGIS Pro Network Analyst, but you get the idea. You can see that the Pro Advanced is not affected. If you try to enable Network Analyst as another user, it will say that no licenses are available.

Options file is the way to go. It should be fairly straightforward. I would reserve the Network Analyst extension just for that user. Using the options file—Help | ArcGIS for Desktop e.g. RESERVE 1 NETWORK USER John Feature Names for ArcGIS License Manager Options file—Help | ArcGIS for Desktop

Thanks for investigating. I haven't used the webgisdr past 10.4.1, clearly it has improved quite a bit! I'll have to spend some more time on it.

I would highly suggest contacting Technical Support if you can. They will be much better at identifying what's going wrong, or the documentation could be missing some information. The webgisdr I was working with was setup differently, so unfortunately I can't offer much more help. Good Luck!

Hi Sam, The purpose of webgisdr is to restore on the exact same configuration that the webgisdr was created on so it can be a bit tricky to restore on a different machine. I haven't tried your particular workflow, but I would assume that the database name also has to match. " If you restore to a different machine—for example, if the machine where you had Portal for ArcGIS installed cannot be recovered and you need to restore to a new machine—your content and installation directories must be the same on the new machine. For example, if your content directory was on the C: drive on the machine that failed, you must put the content directory on the C: drive on the new machine. " Based on the above text, do your Server directories match exactly?

If you have exceeded the max number of authorizations, and did not deauthorize the license before uninstalling, then you will need to contact Technical Support to get your license reset. If you still have access to the old machine, try to Deauthroize the license as Dan suggested.

Hi Richard. Unfortunately ArcGIS 10.0 is not supported on Windows 10. 10.3.1 is when Windows 10 support begins. FAQ: Is Windows 10 certified with Esri's ArcGIS products? I would fully expect the crash is caused by Windows 10. I understand however that installing another OS is not always the easiest fix. If you are able to get it to work, keep in mind that it will likely experience other performance issues. Good luck!

You are correct. Deauthorize the license before formatting the machine. If you have access to 10.6 downloads, then yes you can either install over 10.5.1 or install 10.6 fresh. The code should be valid for both.

Hi Julius, It should automatically export to a shapefile because your export location is a standard windows folder. You would need to export it directly into a geodatabase to get a feature class.

Correct, you can request permissions or access to My.Esri through your employer. I would start by asking the person who administers your ArcGIS Online Organization or who manages your Deskop licenses.
