So it turns out this had to do with "generateToken" request that failed and CORS error in the console. The solution was to add an entry into Portal's "Allow Origins" settings, specifying the ArcGIS Server site's URL.

Hello, How do I see the layer index Numbers for a Map service published for internal use only. When I publish the service shared with Everyone I can see the Layers and Index Numbers associated with each Layer. However, when the sharing properties are changed to Organization I can no longer see the indexes. Does anyone know why this is and how can I overcome this?

Will it tell me what record/attribute was accessed? Let's say I have Ownership parcel and I want to know who accessed the ownership info and when - would this log be able to provide this info?

Hello, is there a way to see log/stats/info for all requests hitting a particular REST endpoint? Does anyone know how and from where you'd get that information?

For your date range category selector you should add an action item for the heat map and then choose the year as Target/Source field.

Good Day All, What is the best way to save attachments that are not in BLOB format? Our organization is going through a major project of scanning older/historical drawings for civil infrastructure and we need to come up with an efficient strategy. Saving the documents directly into the Database does not work for us as this can hamper down the Database and cause storage issues. Eventually we want all these scanned documents to be accessible from the field. What do you guys suggest as a non-BLOB solution? In the Documentation I see there is an option to use URL, how do I leverage this and what will the process look like? Any feedback/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your reply. I actually got it working by leaving the mapSettings empty.

I am setting up a template for the Survey submissions but having hard time defining the scale of the location. The location map by default zooms to the full extent and I want to change that to a defined scale. The reference guide says I need a MapID to define the scale in the template but I don't have a Web Map. Does anyone know what I need to do?

As part of my work I regularly receive inspection data for our linear assets, the attributes of which need to be updated. Currently I do this manually where I convert the table to a Geodatabase table, join with the SDE feature class and make the updates for the matched records. I am wondering whether there is any way to automate this process and perhaps give the end user ability to make such updates via WebApp builder. Does anyone know what process would be involved to achieve something like that? Ideally I would also want to generate a report at the end showing number of matches and number of records updates. This way if there is any issue with a join we would know what records did not update. I use ArcGIS Pro, Enterprise Geodatabase, ArcGIS Server, and Portal for ArcGIS

Is there a way to dynamically update a field in the attributes table? I have a field for URL which I want to automatically populate anytime a new record is created and a unique ID is provided for that record.

I am looking to get some help with popups and symbology. Here is the situation; We get severe windstorms in our City which a lot of times damage the trees, the trees fall on properties or on the roads. So, I am building an ArcGIS Online reporting application where the residents can report a damaged tree. We have inventory of all the trees and I have the point data layer. The idea is to have a mapping app where the user can see individual point for a tree and has the capability to click and report using survey123. As the Report is received/verified by the staff I want the symbology to change on the map to show regular trees and trees that have been reported. I also want the popups to be different for the regular trees and the damaged ones that have been reported. Essentially when someone clicks on a reported tree they should not see the link to survey123 and instead a message that says "tree has already been reported". I’ve already done most of the things mentioned above; however, I am stuck at the symbology/popup part of the process. Can someone suggest what would be the ideal way to have two different symbology and a popup?
