Hello, I have had my survey up for almost a year and the past few months, the default image comes up extremely blurry on smartphones in the app. Why did this change? It was completely clear from Nov. 2018-approximately Jun 2019. When accessed on a tablet or computer it isn't blurry; just the phones. I am using the newest version of the app (waiting for this annotation/default image feature to be available on the web app). It'd be great to hear if anyone has found a solution for this! Thanks!

Where do you work and what is your role? My name is Yvette and I am currently a PhD candidate at York University, but live in Alberta. I am currently working on my dissertation and gathering data. What GIS success have you had this year and what product did you use? I have been using Survey123 to gather data as it was the only software (affordable and available through the uni.) that allow participants to annotate an image. So far I've loved the wide range of question types available, but am struggling to get Canadians to participate in the study due to the fact the annotation function won't work in a web browser. What is your expertise (GIS related or not), and how can that help the community? I am a social scientist who hopes to help other scholars in using online surveys in order to investigate perspectives and attitudes. Survey123 has made that possible! Hey! As of right now it’s only available in the app. It’s super frustrating and difficult for those not tech savvy to try and complete the surveys. I’ve been trying for a year with little luck and desperately need this function to work on the web browser. Good Luck! Yvette

I don't know what I'm doing wrong here, but every time I choose the Design tab online it just opens the survey in Survey123 connect as the survey was designed in connect. Is the function to change the thank you message available somewhere in connect and I'm not seeing it? Thank you!

When will the annotate a default image in the web browser be fixed? The default image for an annotate question won’t load currently and I’m losing a lot of traffic due to people having to download the app to access the survey. Thanks!

When I publish a survey that has an 'image' type question with the appearance set to 'annotate' and a default image is included the image won't load on the browser app. I've tried on multiple computers/devices and every time I get the same message as below. Anyone know why this might be? I've tried the template provided in the community file that has all of the information already inputted and when I publish that template the images still won't load. I've double checked all the file names and everything matches including the case of the file names and extensions. Seems to be a problem with the actual browser app. I've attached a photo of the error message I'm receiving. I appreciate any assistance!
