@JosephKerwin I don't have an answer, but a question for you about how you are doing this. I've been trying to do something similar with anchors, but in a much less sophisticated way, because I couldn't find any documentation specifically for this offset by the depth of the header when jumping to an anchor section on the page. I'm a CSS newbie, so can you direct me where I would add this stylesheet code for the anchor offset? Thanks much- Jennifer

Hi again @BrianRollison , I'm wondering if you've had any further insight into this idea of a stale index? We also have an internal Hub site, and are experiencing some of the same issues that I mentioned above with our public-facing Open Data site. Is there a way for us to refresh the index of these sites? Thanks- Jennifer

Hi Thomas- I came here trying to figure this phrase search thing out as well. I would like for users on our Open Data site to be able to search for "Prairie Dogs" and not get a dataset that has only "Dogs" in it somewhere, like this: https://open-data.bouldercolorado.gov/search?q=prairie%20dogs As an aside, both trails and the bicycle/pedestrian datasets that are returned with the above search query have a field name of "Dogs", and that's the only reference I can find. I'm trying to figure out how to narrow down the query results returned when using the search bar. I looked though the Hub changelog that you mentioned below, but couldn't find anything about "phrase matching" or "text parsing". Generally, I'm hoping to get a better understanding of using URL parameters to narrow searches. I haven't been able to find much documetation! Thanks- Jennifer

Hi @BrianRollinson, that's interesting that you mention a stale index. That was one of my thoughts about this issue as well. To troubleshoot, in an effort to try to flush these wonky items from the index, I have tried to remove them from being shared with our open data site for more than 24 hours. When I reshare them, they appear temporarily with the correct BoulderCO user, but within the next 24 hours the user reverts back to me. Hope that helps as you troublshoot. Jennifer

Hi Brandon, I am having a similar issue, at least I think it is. We have a separate user for datasets that we share with our Open Data site, https://open-data.bouldercolorado.gov/ For a handful if items, when I look at the item from AGOL, the user is correct (BoulderCO): https://boulder.maps.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=17d03a45de814e62b8d7b3d603a61448 But when viewing this item in our Open Data site, my name keeps coming up as the user: https://open-data.bouldercolorado.gov/maps/17d03a45de814e62b8d7b3d603a61448/about Furthermore, this happens for a handful of datasets that I've touched recently but am not the owner (the owner is BoulderCO). https://open-data.bouldercolorado.gov/search?collection=Dataset&q=osmp&type=feature%20service These datasets appear as "feature services" in Open Data search, rather than as "feature layers", and open in Open Data as a Map Feature Service (see the "maps" in this URL below; this is NOT how I want them to open): https://open-data.bouldercolorado.gov/maps/17d03a45de814e62b8d7b3d603a61448/about This next link is how I want the Open Data item to open/appear. Note "datasets" in the URL vs "maps" in the one above. https://open-data.bouldercolorado.gov/datasets/d7ad8e150c164c32ab1690658f3fa662_4/about Both of these Open Data items come from different layers of the same ArcGIS Server map service: https://maps.bouldercolorado.gov/arcgis2/rest/services/osmp/TrailsNEW/MapServer I double-checked to see if my profile visibility was set to "Organization", as in your screen shot above, and it is. I'm so confused! Jennifer

Justin, I was looking for the solution in the second option, so thanks for your quick response! Changing that setting for "Enbedded Links" did the trick. Jennifer

Hi- We've built an internal Data Portal using the Hub framework. I'm trying to provide the ability to search our portal for documents as well as all of the spatial data. We have loads of documents in our Sharepoint site that I'd like to be able to provide to our staff as links when they search our internal portal. For example, when our staff searches the internal portal for "Prairie Dogs", I'd like them to not only get the spatial data that is titled and/or tagged "Prairie Dogs", but also documents on Sharepoint related to Prairie Dogs. I've gone ahead and created AGOL items for these documents that are links to PDFs or Word Docs in Sharepoint, and these work just fine. But when I share the AGOL item with the content group for our internal data portal, I get this error message (cityofboulder.sharepoint.com refused to connect.): Any ideas? Thanks in advance! Jennifer

Cynthia, we often run into this issue. Our workaround is to change the sharing permissions on the item from Public to Owner, and then back again to Public sharing. This seems to push the change through to the Hub, for whatever reason. Hope this helps? Jennifer

I have an update, but we are still basically having the same issue. I tried removing/unsharing the dataset from our Hub content libary and also removed public sharing. When I reapplied the sharing that enables the item to be part of the Hub, I am able now able to see only the column names, but still not the attributes: https://open-data.bouldercolorado.gov/datasets/d7ad8e150c164c32ab1690658f3fa662_4/explore?location=40.015150%2C-105.269200%2C10.85&showTable=true Any updates on why these tables (that are based on joins) are not showing up? Thanks- Jennifer

Hello, I have noticed that since the updates to ArcGIS Hub were released, for at least two datasets on our Open Data/Hub site, the "view table" option no longer works. https://open-data.bouldercolorado.gov/datasets/d7ad8e150c164c32ab1690658f3fa662_4/explore?location=40.015100%2C-105.269200%2C10.94 Source: https://maps.bouldercolorado.gov/arcgis2/rest/services/osmp/TrailsNEW/MapServer/4 https://open-data.bouldercolorado.gov/datasets/800684cdaf50432a988b1f3ee763a13a_3/explore?location=40.021925%2C-105.372550%2C10.94 Source: https://maps.bouldercolorado.gov/arcgis2/rest/services/osmp/Property/MapServer/3 I was able pinpoint that for these two data layers, published from our ArcGIS Server, each contains a join in the data. Interestingly, the tables appear just fine in the AGOL items: https://boulder.maps.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=d7ad8e150c164c32ab1690658f3fa662#data https://boulder.maps.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=800684cdaf50432a988b1f3ee763a13a#data I could probably resolve this by creating spatial views to publish the feature layers from, but I'm also thinking this is a bug that needs addressed. Thanks in advance for any advice or helpl you can offer! Jennifer

Hi Robert and Jacques- Wondering if you can direct me on where to add the code to "check if the app is using window.isMobileUa"? I too am interested in having the Jewelry Box theme panel minimized only when our app is viewed on a mobile device and visible otherwise, but I'm just not sure where/how to add in that logic for mobile size. Thanks! Jennifer

Hard to explain in the question title, but here's more detail: I have a row of custom cards, and sometimes the card's title or description text varies in length. This makes the cards vary in height to accommodate the longest card title or text. I'd rather have them all be the same height, which would be equal to the tallest one. Here's an example of a row with 4 cards of varying height, based on differences in the title or description: <div class="col-xs-12 col-sm-6 col-md-3"> <div class="thumbnail"> <img src="https://d1yzezhhfj4ndu.cloudfront.net/default-project-thumbnail-250c773441bf9b5b2b363f3f403d4fa4.png" alt="Card Thumbnail" style="padding: 0px; margin-top: 5px;"> <div class="caption"> <h4>Card Title</h4> <p style="font-size: 14px">Write a short description. Avoid policy terms or jargon. If we add more text the card just keeps getting taller than the other cards.</p> <a href="#" class="btn btn-primary center-block" role="button">Open App</a> </div> </div> </div> <div class="col-xs-12 col-sm-6 col-md-3"> <div class="thumbnail"> <img src="https://d1yzezhhfj4ndu.cloudfront.net/default-project-thumbnail-250c773441bf9b5b2b363f3f403d4fa4.png" alt="Card Thumbnail" style="padding: 0px; margin-top: 5px;"> <div class="caption"> <h4>Card Title with more detail</h4> <p style="font-size: 14px">Write a short description. Avoid policy terms or jargon.</p> <a href="#" class="btn btn-primary center-block" role="button">Open App</a> </div> </div> </div> <div class="col-xs-12 col-sm-6 col-md-3"> <div class="thumbnail"> <img src="https://d1yzezhhfj4ndu.cloudfront.net/default-project-thumbnail-250c773441bf9b5b2b363f3f403d4fa4.png" alt="Card Thumbnail" style="padding: 0px; margin-top: 5px;"> <div class="caption"> <h4>Card Title</h4> <p style="font-size: 14px">Write a short description. This was helpful: Tips: Create Custom Cards with HTML I'm guessing I need to add some sort of Style code prior to the card's code, to make all of the cards' heights equal to the tallest one? Thanks in advance for the help! Jennifer

Hi Melissa, these collapsible buttons sound interesting to me. I poked around on your public site but couldn't find and example. If you do have a public example, would you mind sharing that? Thanks! Jennifer

Hello- I've begun to implement these anchor tags on our internal Hub site. I'm finding when I click the link to the anchor, the beginning of the section that I'm jumping to is hidden behind the fixed site header. I've dug around for a solution that would involve some sort of anchor padding that's equal to the height of the header, but I'm pretty new to this, so I haven't found something that works yet. Any thoughts? I notice in the Bucks County example provided, the same thing happens. Thanks in advance! Jennifer
