this configuration does not depends on the SDE or SQL Server only. The network infrastructure must support transferring large packets also at the intermediate network devices (Switches, routers, Firewalls. for example if the network device support packets size 1024 B (which is the default) large packets will be divided at the network level hence transfer the performance issue to the network and make it candidate for packet loss. so take care to test the packet size configuration first on your network.

I have an update here , the above exact pattern (the same three repeatable lines: 1 connection reset followed by 2 response already commited) happens in teh following case: - the connection between the client (browser, mobile,etc..) and ArcGIS server is terminated in the middle of HTTP response process just before the server finish its response. the termination might from teh client by cancelling the request or by any network device in the middle so you need to check the full path. so don't panic as it is something from the client side not the server. You can reproduce the issue if you need by using fiddler in the middle and manually terminate the session from fiddler then check the ArcGIS server logs for the above pattern of errors .

Thanks. just want to add that if you have another machines in a cluster you can just copy the "server.xml" file from another machine in the cluster without any modifications.

Corruption with "server.xml" also cause the same issue so consider it also, you can check at the following path :"C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Server\framework\runtime\tomcat\conf". in case you are in a cluster you can copy it from one of the another cluster machines.

Hi, Yes it is compatible, I used the 10.2.6 runtime across all platforms Windows, Android, Mac OS, and iOS and it works fine. I used the following features: - Online & Offline Mapping . - Online routing using online secured Mapping & routing services. - Offline routing using local maps(TPKs) and network datasets - Identity management for accessing secure services. Hope this is helpful. Sent from Outlook Mobile<https://aka.ms/blhgte>

This is to confirm also that I am able to compile the runtime on QT 5.5.1 succesfully also without any issues. Except for the IOS which needs the special build by Esri. On 5.4.1 You can normally have 5.5.1 version and add this as another version for your QT project.
