We have had similar issues in some of our environments with both iOS and Android. The issue we had with iOS was the limit (valid until date) of the certificate. Apple has changed their policy and recommends (and no longer trusts) certificates that expire more than 397 days in the future. https://support.apple.com/en-us/102028 With our android devices we saw same error because our hardware folks initially setup the devices with MS Edge as the default browser. We switched to use the Chrome as default and our connection issue was resolved. One final place to check are the headers on IIS or the load balancer...we had some trouble with these initially, if I recall these were causing our issues and might give you a place to start. Transfer-Encoding: chunked X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff Content-Encoding: gzip One way to check some of these header issue is trying to log into the portal as an admin account from the mobile device. In some cases you might see the cert issue in other cases like the Transfer-Encoding you can login but some of the management tasks don't seem to work...like sharing content or creating a new map. We also saw issues with attachments that were resolved when we got the load balancer headers figured out. Hopefully this helps someone.

Any answer or workaround for this? We see rapid battery depletion with survey 123 using brand new rugged tablets. Way more than field maps. 4 batteries to make it through the day. Feel like being pushed to field maps although the forms are not as nice.

Hey, Just wondering if you have identified the core issue...we are experiencing similar behavior in our lower environments due to a hyphen in the main domain. Example test-ourportal.com/portal fails to connect using fieldmaps on an android device. iOS works, browsers etc... everything else works just not android fieldmaps. Our production portal does NOT have a hyphen and works fine. I am wondering if your portal url has a hyphen? We have a ticket into ESRI about this but they don't seem to understand what might be causing this issue.

I have a similar issue after upgrading to 10.7.1 1. Pre-existing services work fine but we cannot change permissions in portal. 2. New services publish fine and are visible on the REST and Manager pages (Server) but do not show in portal. Did anyone find a resolution to this issue? Thanks
