What about maps in ArcGIS Enterprise that are not at 3.31 yet? We are getting reports in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.0. Though I don't think there is a way to specify a specific API version in Enterprise (except for the one in the REST directory). Couldn't find a way to determine which version of the JS API 3.x it uses. I would guess 3.30 since the REST directory uses 4.13. Upgrading to 10.8.1 is not in our plans since we are going to upgrade to 10.9.

We have a large dataset that was being hosted on ArcGIS Online, we moved it to ArcGIS Enterprise as a hosted feature layer in order to save credits. Ever since we have done this, our ArcGIS Monitor has been sending us emails about high utilization of our Data Store server. Looking at our web server logs, I have identified that the traffic is coming from the HUB indexer. As this is a static dataset, it does not make sense for HUB to be indexing it every day. It would be great to have the ability to mark a layer as static so the indexing does not occur. I thought this used to be possible in older version of HUB/Open Data. Also if HUB could check the last edit date prior to doing the indexing to see if there have been any edits made.

I have a rather large hosted feature service (about 4GB with 3 million points coming from GeoEvent). To lessen the amount of credits this service is using, we decided to remove some of the older records. However after this was done, the size of the feature service is still reporting 4GB. We had another large service that we moved to Portal and instead of deleting the item, we marked it as deprecated and truncated the layer, however the size still remained over 1GB. Is there anyway other than creating a new item to decrease the size? I did see a posted about if you have change tracking or sync enabled, it will could hold onto older features, but I verified this was not enabled on either.

This is really cool but it looks like it is converting my decimal value into scientific notation. Is there a way to avoid it? I tried mapper processor to map to a string field but that doesn't help. A cost value of 45,456,456,456 got converted to 4.5456456456E10 0.0 Any thoughts?
