Hi again, Thanks for taking the time to review the questions. I thought one of those would help understand what could be causing the issue. It could potentially be related to the data coming from a feature class in a local file geodatabase but you will probably need to confirm this with a member of Esri Technical Support. I would raise a support case as it might be possible to send across a copy of the data to a member of the Esri Technical Support team to investigate. In the meantime, I'd try adding a layer from the Living Atlas and seeing if the same issue presents itself. Apologies I couldn't work out the direct cause despite the answers to those questions.

Hi again, Sorry to hear that it was difficult to follow initially. It was halfway down the page at the the following spot (Customize basemaps—Portal for ArcGIS | Documentation for ArcGIS Enterprise). I can confirm it will update the basemap gallery used by ArcGIS Pro. ArcGIS Pro will take the default basemap gallery from the Portal (or AGOL) that the user is signed into. A user can check which Portal they are signed into at the top right of the screen when in ArcGIS Pro. Reach out if you have any other questions 😀

As has been mentioned above, you can have a custom basemap gallery in Portal as you can in AGOL and that is the correct documentation for configuration. The main steps are as follows - create a new Custom Basemap Gallery Group in Portal, add the basemaps that you would like to be visible and then set this new group as the Default Basemap Group in the Portal's Organisation page (this will require being an Administrator or a role with equivalent privileges). This allows you to share the following as custom basemaps: Existing basemaps (such as the global basemaps from the default basemap gallery) Web maps

Hi James, I've quickly tested this myself, and unfortunately, I think this looks like it's expected behaviour although it may be worth investigating further by raising a support case to confirm. The Sidebar Instant App appears to be showing the "feature pop-up content" of the top-most feature which in this case is the cluster, therefore the user is seeing the cluster summary. If we zoom in to a scale in which the cluster breaks down and we see individual features, we can then click on an individual feature and see this in the pop-up area of the Sidebar Instant App. I would suspect therefore that the Sidebar Instant App is configured to show the pop-up of the first feature interacted with (the top-most cluster in this case). I quickly created a Basic Instant App and the Browse Feature option was available. Perhaps a different Instant App would be worthwhile considering? Alternatively, if you have more time to spend creating an application ArcGIS Experience Builder could be considered for more configuration options (e.g. if you wish to create your own sidebar style application). Hopefully this is useful, or another user can advise on whether it's possible to configure the Sidebar Instant App differently.

Hi, I had a quick test of this workflow (ArcGIS Pro 3.2.0) but unfortunately didn't experience the same functionality as yourself. I have a couple of follow-on questions / ideas to consider to work out the cause of the issue: Were labels "locked" at all prior to the tool being run? (Labeling basics—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation) Do you experience the same behaviour when using a different placement option (e.g. straight in polygon) Do you experience the same behaviour when labelling using different attributes? Is it the attribute being calculated also the attribute being used for labelling? Where is the polygon layer stored? Is this in a local file geodatabase, enterprise geodatabase or online in a hosted feature layer (AGOL or Portal)? I don't suppose you have a second polygon layer, or could test whether the same functionality is demonstrated from a Living Atlas layer? Hopefully one of these questions helps with understanding more of how the layer is being labelled.

Out of curiosity is there a way of refining the search to only include private data and filter out the data which is public facing? Imagine the most convenient way of doing so would be through the naming conventions in use. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Georgia, Thanks for providing an update. I would certainly update to 2.4 if you have had the chance yet. You might want to try loading the ArcMon based upon this article here - Troubleshooting Performance Issues in ArcGIS Pro. It may help to uncover where Pro is struggling in the future. Best of luck!

Great to hear! It can be frustrating when something like this doesn't work as expected. Glad you've been able to find a workaround. Definitely one to bookmark for use in the future. I was unaware of it's existence not long ago!

How frustrating... You could try to 2 separate table blocks 1 x 4 and then another 1 x 4 below. Alternatively, I may recommend trying the site on a different mobile device and then a different browser? If the issue remains throughout I recommend getting in touch with Technical Support as it may well be an issue other user's are experiencing. I reckon I would just witness the same thing as you're explaining if I took a look. May I recommend this link (Calcite Bootstrap) it will take you over to the bootstrap HTML / CSS component for creating tables. It might be worth adding in the table via this method to see if you have any luck. Looking forward to hearing how you get on.

Hey Chandra, Not sure if this is possible yet. I've noticed that there is a ArcGIS Idea for just this. It might be worth adding your support via a comment to move this along further - Translate ArcGIS Hub in multiple langagues | GeoNet, The Esri Community | GIS and Geospatial Professional Community. Think the main reason is because ArcGIS Hub does not take advantage of Javascript customisation which would enable Google Translate to automatically translate the site into the local language.

Hi All, I'd be interested to hear what are people's most useful customisation options within ArcGIS Hub that they're taking advantage of. For those that don't come from a HTML / CSS coding background absorbing some of this knowledge could be quite useful. I'll kick things off with the Shaped Card which has been really useful to show off applications, different from the traditional Gallery in the Layout view. You can find a full link to these here - Calcite Bootstrap. Further down the page you can find some other customisation options for statistics you may be interested in. Looking forward to hearing from everyone.

I second Dante's comments above. I would create a Web App with the legend and zoom options in different locations. Adding this as an iframe would then avoid some of the direct input issues that you could be experiencing currently. Best of luck!

Hi Ben, Would love to offer some advice where I can. Does the table look good / display correctly at a lower number of columns? By going into the Row Settings, on the right hand side of the holding box for the Text Layout, are you able to update this Row to be Wide and not Box layout? Does this offer any improvements? Best of luck!
