You could build into the modelbuilder a variable that is passed "inline" throughout the model that supplies the new location of the geodatabase instead of relying on a "relative path" solution. The variable would need to be supplied by the person running the modelbuilder to navigate to where the FGDB is located or would be created. Then within the model builder you would supply this new path and then the name of the FGDB by using "%FGDB_Path\MyFGDB.gdb%" within each of the tools. This would probably be better than beating your head against a wall; IMHO. OneDrive has issues with ArcGIS Pro due to the nature of how a FGDB creates and names the files within itself. OneDrive does not like the files it stores to have "unrecoginzable" extensions; such as "a00000001.gdbindexes", "a00000001.gdbtable", and so on or at least I feel that is the issue since I receive a warning to rename these types of files. I could be completely wrong here.

@hherrmann_coj I believe it is possible to use the reverse geocoding function within a webform. I do not use the webform for my data collection, as most of our work occurs within an "offline" environment without data connectivity. These two articles should help you along the way to using a geocoding service within a webform. Working with the address question type in the Survey123 web designer (esri.com) Survey123 Tricks of the Trade: Addresses, and the XLSForm geocode appearance (esri.com)

@RobertAnderson3it sounds like you need to set your calculation to "auto" in order for the question's initial answer to be captured; according to the explanation above, but then to allow fo rit to be updated if needed. In the past I have used the "once()" around my calculation within the "Calculation" column to acquire the data once. It also sounds as if you might need an if() within the calculation as well, since you only want it to be triggered when a certain value has been selected. Here is an example of a complex once(if()) type statement that is depenedent upon a certain value being selected from within a repeat and then being applied to a field outside of the repeat. once(if(${BC_Net_ID}=(concat(${KM_SiteID},'A')),(round(${NetA_LatDD_Final},7)),''))

This idea is meant to allow for flexibility within an ArcGIS Online organization's username accounts for managing which users can access the usertypes available. I want to the ability to place a username in "hibernation" to allow me to "activate" a different username in its place. Scenario, I have 20 field worker licenses, but I have 24 employees that could be utilizing these 20 licenses. However, not every employee would be using these licenses at the same time, but sporadically throughout a field season. So, I would have a need to place one username into "hibernation" and then pull another username out of "hibernation". Currently, you are only allowed to have the same number of usernames as you have usertype licenses. There is a requirement to "delete" the user account in order to add in a new employee. Once you delete the username, then it is no longer allowed to be used again and you have to reassociate/reassign all contents to a different "active" username. Which means you have to assign all content to an existing username, create a completely new username for the individual, and then reassociate/reassign all contents over to the new username. The idea is that I can make a username for all 24 employees and that would use the "field worker" license usertype. However, there would be a "switch" that would give said username the ability to access and use the benefits of the usertype license or be put into "hibernation". All of the content for a "hibernating" user would still be accessible by the organization for use within the day to day and controlled by the Admin or a Group Admin the content belongs to. This would allow for a more fluid workflow process for accessibility to ESRI products; IMO, that would cut back on the number of "used" usernames, admin shifting of content back and forth, and wasted time.

I just came back across this and was wondering if you might be able to use the repeat query of "allowAdds", but do not use the "query" for new photos. Then you could add a series of "note" questions that have "bind::esri:fieldType" parameter set to "null". Then use these new "note" questions to reference a "representative" image of the asset from the Survey form's "media" folder to let the user see what the asset looks like? This would prevent deletion of the previous records/photos, allow for additional photos for new visits, gives the end user a representative photo for comparing, end user wouldn't see photos when online, and not have them download every single photo taken of the asset when working offline that will help with syncing issues. I am unsure if this would be applicable to your survey or workflow but might a way to allow for just one field application.

Are you using a webform or the app? This can make a difference on how you construct your URL parameters being used to open the record. Match the case as the URL is "case-sensitive". This could have the potential to help you show "related" objects within a pop-up while using AGO and the Map Viewer. https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-online-blog/show-related-data-or-tables-in-pop-ups-with-arcade/ba-p/890530

Some great updates here and it's been a minute (actually a year) since I have completed any type of Survey123 form development. I noticed when I run the "Analyze Survey" tool that it returns some "Info" about the field lengths not being supported for the following question types - "StartSurvey", "EndSurvey", "Decimal" Should we be entering a length value for these question types, as we have not been required to in the past. If so, then is there a recommended value we should use? Again, it has been a while and I am playing catch up. Thanks, Mike Bruening

@CandiceBardsley1 I guess I should have added that the "cascading selects" is not currently supported within the webform.

@CandiceBardsley1 there should be no limitation on using the choice filters within the webform or at least I believe this to be the case. I do not use the webforms very much, but I completed a few web searches on the topic and most of the post lead me to believe this is possible. Within this post there was an issue with the version of Survey123 Connect that was being used to publish the Survey123 webform. I just wonder if this could be the potential hiccup. https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-questions/choice-filter-not-working-in-web-form/td-p/1211773

This is a question about the Append tool and other like it that deal with field mapping data fields. I was wondering if there is a check box somewhere that needs checked or un-checked for the visual que within the "Output Fields" to display them in red if there is no match? In ArcGIS Pro the data field's name would be in "red" if there was not a matching/corresponding data field within the "Input Dataset". Now they are all just gray in appearance. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I am having a similar issue with a user that has a samsungSM-G998U device. This occurs when I am attempting to generate a custom report for a point that has a repeat (table) with photos and a few questions within the repeat. This error occurs when attempting to create a Word Document or PDF file or a Preview of the report. I have inspected all of the photos as well and they all have an original size of 1280 x 720 and within my custom report I am using size:460:340 for the photo size returned. All photos were taken in the same orientation of landscape with the "Home" button under the right thumb.

I know this is an older thread/blog, but I was wondering if anyone has found an easy and workable means of using a DJI drone video with FMV? I have attempted to use the steps within this article only.tonfind that the Cirruas app has been removed from the Google store and that the Datcon program will not perform on my laptop with windows 10 pro. I have the correct version of sun java software and installed and it does not recognize it and returns an error. I have attempted to find any article or blog or informational piece of material that could possibly help me out, but I have not been able to find any means of being able to use my Pixel 6 Pro and a DJI drone within FMV. Any help or information would be greatly appreciated.
