We have this same type of issue but it happens about once per day around the same time. Usually between 11 and 11:30. An it happens to several users but at slightly different times for each user.

We have noticed that when doing a regular query of a lrs enabled map service that the service will always return the geometry with the Z and M coordinates and you are trying to output in geoJson even if you have the flags to enable Z and M set to false. If you change the output to HTML or JSON it will not give you the Z and M like expected but switching to geoJSON will bring those coordinates back. We are using R&H version 10.7.1.

I was wondering if anyone had done any testing to find out what was the highest performance setup for R&H REST Services. Our current production transaction environment averages about 0.1 to 0.2 seconds for a GeometryToMeasure call. This uses Oracle 12 and R&H 10.7.1 integrated with Portal. We are looking at standing up a separate instance of R&H just for reporting and would like for it to be as optimized for speed as we can. We were wondering if anyone had done testing of performance of different database configurations or any other variables that might speed things up.

We have a few routes in our network that are returning error code 4 from the Calculate Route Concurrencies tool which is says " One of two conditions are present in the concurrent section: the route is not calibrated in the concurrent section or the centerline that composes the concurrent section doesn't align with the geometry of the route." Has anyone ran into this issue and can anyone provide any ideas of what to look for to fix the issue? The route in question acts like it is calibrated in every other way we can test it. We can get valid measures using the Identify LRS Route Location tool. I checked the route geometry against the centerline geometry that makes up the route using the Symmetrical Difference tool and it didn't find any differences.
