Thank you. As part of your investigation, you can include that the other service I referenced (that did work) was also published in the same release (2 weeks ago). Both are derived from stand alone raster FGDB data with attribute tables.

This service was published about 2 weeks ago. I don't have access to our production servers but I might be able to try with our development server.

Yes, that is what I am seeing as well. I should also tell you that another imageservice we have seems to render as expected. imageservices/annual_crop_inventory_2017 (ImageServer)

Thanks - here is the service i am attempting to use. It is not a mosaic dataset on the back end. It's a standalone FGDB raster (with an attribute table). Our server hosts it so if any changes are required we may be able to do it; imageservices/plant_hardiness_zones_of_canada_2010 (ImageServer)

I don't know if this is possible. I can't seem to find any documentation explicitly saying it one way or another but is it possible to use an Imageservice in the AppStudio Map Viewer? When I attempt to use one it doesn't render in the app and doesn't display the Legend.

Hi Erwin, I am not sure if this is the same as Gee but I am also looking to create a Survey123 app that will launch a single predetermined Survey. Consider the Map Tour template where you can enter a Map ID to skip the map gallery and have it launch a predetermined web map on launch. Is it possible to configure the Survey123 template code to skip the Survey portal\gallery and launch a predetermined (public) survey on launch? That way, I could create and distribute a specific application for a specific survey.

With the help of Tom from Esri Canada I think I have it figured out! I am now in Survey123! "So I believe I've resolved the client_ID error message, this is because the default application you've generated is not actually part of ArcGIS Online yet, so there is no client_ID associated with it. To resolve this problem, follow the steps below: In AppStudio, on the Survey123 Template, select the Upload button. This may take several minutes Once uploaded, still within AppStudio, select Settings. This will open the settings for the Survey123 template In the AppStudio Settings menu, select Advanced... In the Advanced Settings menu, click on the Register button This will generate a client_ID for your application within you ArcGIS Online Organization, allowing you to sign in properly through the viewer."

Hi Erwin, While the Bluetooth error has stopped and the Survey123 app launches I have a new problem. As you can see in the images below, it will not connect to the generic or my org AGOL. I also get a message that AppStudio has failed in someway after my attempt to use the app (this does not happen when using other templates in my account) .

Hello, Has anyone else found that in AppStudio 3.0.53 the Survey123 (Template) fails to "Run"? I have been waiting for Esri Inc. to confirm this as a bug. Esri Canada was able to reproduce it. The error occurs even after zero manipulation of the code.
