Thanks Doug! I'll read that and give it a shot. I guess this immediate gratification is kind of what I had envisioned for the survey and I couldn't get my head around the idea that's not how the constraints work. I'm going to try your emoji trick.

My eye roll emoji for my profile pic is there for a reason and it really didn't fail me this time. I really really over thought this one. My problem was in understanding how the constraint was supposed to work. I thought it was supposed to throw the message immediately after a number less than 2.5 was entered. Now I know that’s not the case and you need to submit the form before the message is thrown. 🙄 🤣 UGGGGHHHH! So so silly!

I'm trying to figure out if there's a way to a unique map title to each of the 2 maps in my dual map design application. This picture might help to clarify things. This is one map window that contains 2 maps which are nearly identical except for a few differences that are not noticeable immediately. One can toggle between the 2 maps in the lower left corner of the application by clicking. What I'd like to do is give each of these maps a unique title so it's easy to identify which map is active. In this example one is an Overview map and the other is designed for work at a closer scale. I might want to title one "Overview Scale" and title the other "Regular Scale". I also need to make sure the maps extents/zoom level are linked so when one map is zoomed or panned to a particular area if you click on the other map to use it the same location and scale are visible. Thanks, Mark

Yep, just checking that's what you did. I know the screen shot I sent was confusing because I had the Blank radio button selected. I was trying to see if I needed to try a blank form or not. Anyway, I did that too and still no luck. I'm going to let ESRI tell me what the problem is now because I'm at a loss. Again, thank you for your help.

@abureaux @DougBrowning How did you both add the form I sent to your Survey123 Connect to test it? I'm assuming you chose from File on the New Survey window! I'm trying to eliminate possible issues. Thanks

@DougBrowning @abureaux Thank you both. Seems like I need to update my software and XLSX template and see what happens. Much appreciated!

I tried that and it didn't seem to help. I put in a ticket with ESRI. I'm not sure what the issue is. I suppose I could try creating a new sheet.

Still doesn't appear to be working. I had tried that before too because I thought there might be a problem with the . notation.

I have a conditional constraint that is not working. The constraint is on a decimal type field and the appearance for the field is "numbers", which is like the calculator option to enter the values. The field has a default value of 2.5. I'm trying to put a constraint on the field so the value entered into the field can't be smaller than 2.5 and if it is lower than 2.5 it's supposed to show a constraint message. The constraint itself looks as follows . >= 2.5 Based on what I've read that should take the current value enter (.) and make sure that it's greater or equal to 2.5. Thank you for any help you can provide.

Thanks for replying any idea what the problem might be given this information. It looks like I'm capturing the names of the file in a field, but the files are not showing as being attached.

I knew I was doing something really silly and just couldn't find it. It turns out the expression (SQL statement) that I had set originally for the "Select Layer by Attribute" was set to Object_ID = 1 to have the model start at the first record. When I decided to go a different route with the Modelbuilder iterator tool I left this in so through every iteration of the model it would reselect the first record at that point. Simple solution get rid of that whole section of the model because it was unnecessary and repetitive. Thanks for looking and trying to help. It took a call into ESRI tech support for me to walk the analyst through what the model was doing when I realized what I had done wrong! DOH! Much appreciated!
