Our spatial datasets and feature classes are in custom coordinate system which doesn't have a WKID. Now, we found one of the out of box Esri coordinate system can be used. We will reload all of our data into a new geodatabase. However, I haven't found a tool which can project the old dataset/feature class with its relationship classes to standalone tables or simple feature classes to a new geodatabase. The project tool can work for a dataset with relationship classes which are related to feature classes in the same dataset. If the related feature classes or tables are not in the same dataset, the Project tool doesn't work. Can you help? Thanks

We used Survey123 connect for ArcGIS, and created Fire Pit Permit application. After an applicant submits his/her survey/application, We’d like him/her to automatically to receive a confirmation email as Integromat and Microsoft Flow can do. Sorry we don't have Integromat and Microsoft Flow. But we have Survey Monkey.

I'd like to update my solution to the issue. Based on another post at https://community.esri.com/thread/91407, in which someone mentioned to use string date time. I tested, and found that using string date time is the simple good solution to my project. Another solution is still using data time fields, which will be automatcally ajusted by ArcGIS Online web. In order to resolve the data time differences when the public sees on the ArcGIS online web, we have to update those data time values in the 2 date time fields based on MST and MDT (I'm located in Mountain time zone), which will resolve the issue in my original post.

Hi Robert: No, the two records in this example are both have time in their dates. In my original case details above, MHStart=11/9/2017 8:00:00 AM, Starts = 11/9/2017 8:00:00 AM plus 6 hours (I have a program to update starts and ends) =11/9/2017 2:00:00 PM, the value of starts is used in the popup of the ArcGIS online Web map, the popup shows Starts: 11/9/2017, 7:00 AM, which should show Starts: 11/9/2017, 8:00 AM. The same to Ends in the popup, the popu shows Ends 11/10/2017 5:00:00 PM, which should be Ends: 11/10/2017, 6:00 PM. Please let me know if I made my issue clear. Thank you very much for looking into this issue.

ArcGIS server 10.4.1, host our map services ArcGIS online Web Builder website. Create Web applications. Feature classes are stored in our geodatabase (Oracle11gR2, ArcGIS 10.2) I have a road closure dataset in which I have 3 feature classes: Road Closure points, road closure(line), and Road detours (line). In all 3 layers, based on the post, 4 fields: MHStart, MHEnd, Starts, and Ends are created: MHStart and MHEnd represent our local time (The Mountain Time Zone). In order for ArcGIS Online Web Builder website to show the correct time (our local time), date values in Starts and Ends are used, which are equal to values in MHStart and MHEnd plus 6 hours. On the online Web builder website, most of them can show correct data and time. However, some of them (2 of 16 records) show their time one hour behind: Their data time should be: Starts: 11/9/2017, 8:00 AM Ends: 11/10/2017, 6:00 PM Why does this happen? Would you please help? Thank you!

Hi Rachael: I'm glad to hear it works for Joseph. I'm looking back your instruction, and successfully made my exe file. However, when I ran my exe, I received this error "ImportError: No module named arcpy". Would you please instruct me how "to copy the "Desktop10.x" PTH file into the executable's "site-packages" folder prior to running the application for the first time"? What is the "Desktop10.x" PTH file? I'm using ArcGIS Desktop 10.2. Thank you.

I followed your instruction, and sill got the same traceback and error: Traceback (most recent call last): File "JoinTaxParcelToAddress_1.py", line 9, in <module> File "arcpy\__init__.pyc", line 21, in <module> File "arcpy\geoprocessing\__init__.pyc", line 14, in <module> File "arcpy\geoprocessing\_base.pyc", line 14, in <module> File "arcgisscripting.pyc", line 12, in <module> File "arcgisscripting.pyc", line 10, in __load ImportError: DLL load failed: %1 is not a valid Win32 application. I couldn't completely understand the second step "2. Add the executable directory + "\\site-packages" to the Python site directory in the main code of MyProgram.py. Would you please explain the second step further ? I'm using ArcGIS 10.2 and Python 2.7. Thank you very much.

I need to do the same in my ArcEngine application. Yesterday, I posted my question "How to do 'Target layer(s) has their centroid in the source layer by ArcObjects". Hello JanDuske and GIS developers: Can you provide an code snippets or examples? Thank you very much.

ArcObjects 10 has esriSpatialRelEnum 9 Constants. When we use ArcMap 10.2, we can do ‘Select by location’ by 'Target layer(s) has their centroid in the source layer feature’. is there an equivalent of esriSpatialRelEnum constant in ArcObjects to 'Target layer(s) has their centroid in the source layer feature' in ArcMap 10.2 Select by Location? I need to find if the centroid(s) of legal parcel (s) in one Polygon layer are within the selected Tax parcel polygon in another polygon layer. I found a very similar discussion "Select by centroid within using ArcObjects" in ESRI Archived Forums, which helps. However, I'd like to have some code snippets to start. Appreciate your help!

Hi Zhifang: Sorry for not getting back to you sooner. I followed the thread, and reached log-in ArcGIS ONline windows, and still get Invalid username or passwaord error. Our IT guy seems not sure what is Proxy url, we tried different formats, either with http, or with port number, or without them, which all resulted in the same error above-mentioned. We will try again next Tuesday. Thanks a lot.
