Micah, On the above photo I used Adobe Photoshop.  Adobe has cloud memberships available, and with a monthly premium membership, you get access to all Adobe apps, and a it includes a Pro Behance website. Behance templates can easily be customized, and updated, and it has community of other Adobe artists.  Sometimes you find offers for memberships for $39 w/ year agreement, but typically it $49 a month for Adobe premium membership (which includes everything).  Photoshop membership as low as $9 a month... Behance is probably a little extra w/ membership.  Cheers!
