I have many feature services that I work with in which the settings used to publish a map are fairly static. I pull symbology from a variety of Styles in ArcGIS Pro and Portal, and configure pop-ups from Portal. I would like a way to build templates that pull all of these map building components together. Using custom Styles for Symbology is great, but better to extend that to the other components of building a web map. Specifically the configuration of pop-ups should be more portable across web maps.

You can configure Portal to send email on your behalf, and Webhook functionality has been introduced. However, configuring webhooks can be highly technical and hard to create based on differences in architecture. I think my main use case for Webhooks is common enough to warrant adding as a function in Portal. I have a referenced feature class that field staff use to collect data on new assets and errors in existing features. I have worked to build a webhook workflow that will notify me when new features are created. My idea is that this functionality should be easier and configurable within the Portal GUI.

I am curious if anyone ever found a solution to this? I have a feature service purpose built for editing branch versioned data, and when I just attempted to join I got this same insufficient permissions error.

@Scott_Harris I see what you mean now that I moved and expanded the size of that toolbar. It is easy to get tunnel visioned doing work in my niche of the GIS world. Apparently I was just not paying attention to that button when editing vertices. Thank you so much for the reply.

That is exactly what I need. Even to have it available in the toolbar like in your screenshot would be extremely valuable. I have looked into upgrading to 3.2, but am waiting due to some dependencies that don't seem to work past 3.1.3

I would like the ability to toggle the setting for stretching geometry proportionately when moving a vertex on and off while editing. Ideally this would be a top level setting in the Editing Toolbar.

I would point out that this ability is present in many business systems already. We integrate our GIS heavily with our Work Management Software, and the ability to view as a specific user is vital to managing that side of things. It only makes sense to have that ability on the GIS side as well.

I can publish things just fine with the provided tutorial data in a File Geodatabase, but can't seem to get it to work with our data in an Enterprise Geodatabase. Has anyone successfully deployed this?

I downloaded the tools from ESRI and have been using them a bit. But I wonder if it is possible to streamline how the tool works by hard wiring the inputs and outputs. I feel like this should be fairly easy to do with solid Python skills, however I am only beginning to learn basic scripting. I would really appreciate if someone could point to a process for adding in a link to my enterprise geodatabase features that would be involved in running this tool. The script for the tool is attached below.
