Hey @Ed_ , Thank you for your feedback. One is currently able to right-click the item title to view the item details page in a new tab. The preview pane can be accessed by clicking the "Preview" button on the content pages.

Oh, okay. If you've tried clearing your browser cache and all that fun stuff, it may be helpful to contact Support Services to have them investigate and take a closer look at what's going on.

Thanks for providing some more context, @Jdstarr331 . That's odd. If the data checks out after running the tool, are you able to create a feature layer using a template? To be clear: As an admin, have you ever been able to publish hosted content to your organization? Are you seeing any error messages on the browser console?

Hey @Jdstarr331, I tried publishing one and was able to do so with no errors. Are you able to add/publish any other shapefiles/ file geodatabases to ArcGIS Online? Are you seeing any error messages on the browser console? In case you haven't tried this already, you could also try running the Check Geometry tool from ArcGIS Pro.

@JeffAlexander @PeteFellows @PeteFellows wrote: Looks like group layers and image layers don't have the information property. Thanks @JeffAlexander Thanks for clarifying. It seems the layer was added directly to the map. To view the image service REST URL , this is something we are working on. Look out for this in the next release or two. In the meantime, an alternative would be to add the service as an item, then use that in map viewer. You should be able to see that option to launch to the item details page. Cc. @ChrisWhitmore

Hey @PeteFellows, are you talking about the equivalent of this option in Map Viewer classic? There is an information section in the layer properties. This would be the equivalent on Map Viewer. It launches the item details page. The REST URL option would typically be accessed from the bottom of the item details page.

Hey @EllenNodwell_IntegraShare , I was not able to reproduce this on my end. In case you hadn't already tried it, could you clear your browser cache? When did you start seeing this issue? Curious about the screen as well.

Hey Gayle Neufeld, Doug Browning, I believe one may be able to filter from the webmap used. Are you using hosted ArcGIS Online content, or ArcGIS Enterprise? From this documentation, "Maps that contain the same hosted or ArcGIS Server feature layer multiple times do not support offline use. For example, you might add the same layer twice and apply a filter or different style to each one. To reference the same data in a web map you take offline, you can do the following: For hosted feature layers, create hosted feature layer views. This provides distinct layers that can be added to the map. Set a view definition and apply different styles as needed. For ArcGIS Server feature layers, publish separate feature services that have unique names. You can then add the feature layers to the same web map to apply filters and styles." You could also explore using feature layer views, as shown in this blog and this Make a map—ArcGIS Collector | Documentation .
