Hello @ZacharySutherby Thank you for advice. I've update the setting but still the field worker account cannot perform Pulldata using the layer. The survey & the source feature layer for pulldata used to be shared publicly but it worked fine before I restrict it with the specific group. Is there something else that I can try out? Thank you. Kerry

Hello, I have a survey works with pulldata @layer. It works fine when I tested my username, but when I asked my colleague to test (fieldworker), it does not work. The survey form, map, layer, and the source layer for pulldata have been shared with the group. Any advice where I can look into to address this issue? Thank you. Kerry

Hello, I created a new survey using Connect 3.19.116 and I was able to submit the survey. Then, I was about to test it using URL parameter with globalId and Copy mode. However, it throws this error (see the image below). This survey was published with version 2.5 or earlier, which is no longer supported. Please contact the survey owner to republish this survey with the latest version of Survey123. I tested a simple survey using 3.19 and copy mode worked fine. Is there something that makes my survey recognized as old version survey? I used some - html (table) - jr:choice-name which does not seem working as expected, and deleted it but still nothing changed - field-list/page appearance. Other than that I cannot think about anything special that may contribute to the error. It's very critical and hope to get some insights what causes this issue. @ZacharySutherby I have not seen any bugs like this.. is it possible to take a look at the xls file I can send it to you?

Hi @TonghuiMing It's a different product. I may try to re-add the menu widget to see if that fixes. Fortunately I think this is the only ExB app I have an issue with. Thank you for your comments and time! Kerry

Hi @TonghuiMing Just to update. A bunch of my client reported the same errors.. they've been accessing the site with their mobile devices previously and cannot anymore. It tells that it may not be my device problem? something needs to be done with the iOS or Chrome...? So far, it seems working on Pixel phone but no luck with iphone 11 Pro, 13, 14, and 15.

Hello @TonghuiMing When I tested the site (with the mobile view issue) in my Safari browser, none of the menu icon and images were loaded (used both wifi and data). But when I used Chrome on the same phone, the menu icon was loaded but not images. The site with the issue has a complex set up. There is one site for the shell, and additional three ExB sites with multiple pages were plugged in each page. Using section views will be too much and each page has its own theme so that's why the site was set up in this way. If I can draw the structure, it would look like this. I just asked my colleague to test it and it worked okay on his chrome. It must be my device thing. I will do more testing. Thank you. Kerry

Hello, I noticed that Experience Builder and Dashboard products built on Classic Map Viewer with custom icons do not display any custom icons although data were included. It looks like the existing custom icons are not read by the New Map viewer after the recent update. Here is my observation: 1. When I open the maps with the issue in Classic Map Viewer, all custom icons are loaded. 2. When I open the maps with the issue in the new Map Viewer, layers with custom icons are not loaded. 2a. Other configurations seem to be there - e.g., pop-ups (I cannot click the icon though as it's invisible) 2b. I can open the table of the layer can see all the records are there. This is how I could fix it: 1. Open the map using the new Map Viewer. Then add the layer again if the custom symbol has been set up in the Layer visualization. => This was not the best as I may need to configure everything again. Especially if they are connected with widgets in Dashboard or ExB. ==> I found this funny because all custom icons could be displayed with no issue when it's newly added. 2. Open the map using the new Map Viewer, then reset the layer style and apply custom icon directly in the new Map Viewer.==> This was a better way as I don't need to reconfigure other details. The problem is that there are many products like this. I used classic map viewers lots to deal with the custom symbols while the new map viewer was fairly new. It seems it will be a lot of work for me to track and update symbols for each map affected. Is there any magic that we can fix this problem? Thank you. Kerry

Hello Experience Builder team, @Jianxia I am experiencing some errors for mobile views in Experience Builder. I am not sure if it's partially my device problem ... but I have a feeling that it's due to the update. It looks like there are couple of issues in mobile UI. These are errors that I encountered so far. 1. View navigation widget does not work. It through an error message 'null is not an object'. 2. When desktop - tablet - mobile UI are set up as 'auto' with view, some content is not shown as expected in the mobile view. For example, it should be shown as 'View 2' when View 2 is selected, but somehow it shows 'View'. (I am not sure why just 'View', I have 'View 1' and 'View 2' for each view text element. 3. Custom menu icon (sandwich icon) and images are not loading on the actual mobile device (iphone 15) although it looks fine in the developer mode view. and it works when I shrink the browser to make mobile view ratio. Hope these issues can be investigated as there are lots of products affected by these errors. Thank you. Kerry

I just create a hub site by copying the other one. I chanted the title and the URL domain, but somehow I was not able to open the site (I have the admin access). What's the best way to delete this hub site/page and groups then? just delete it from the item list? I used to delete other ones from the edit mode so I was not sure if deleting from the item list is the best way or not. Thank you.

Hello, I am looking into working with 3D data collection. I saw this from the Field Maps site and want to learn more about what it is meant by 'a default z-value'. Is it something we can set up in the Field Maps for? If the feature layer is z-aware, it must have a default z-value if you use the map to collect data.

Hello all, Is it possible to calculate Z values using expression? I am looking into building an evacuation solution that stores address information and the property location. Given that there are many high-rise buildings in big cities, displaying property points in the urban areas can be tricky - there will be hundreds points overlapping in a single property parcel and not able to distinguish the address information properly. My idea is that if we can calculate z values based on the floor number that field workers enter, I can build a 3D scene to display the evacuation information. For example, 1st floor's z value sitting on 0 m (let's say there is base elevation information somewhere. the z value here only represent relative height from DEM). If users enter floor 2, z value will be calculated 2.5 m (about 8' ceiling). I know that it's possible in Survey123 to calculate Z value but have not looked into it yet in Field Maps. I hope to get some insights before I jump into a test. I appreciate for any your advice and feedback on dealing with calculated z values. Thank you!

Hello, I hope to get some direction on how I can get the list of merged polygons (A+B) that intersect another polygon layer (C). I have two polygon layer A. Municipalities and B. Regional Districts. I merged A and B into a new FeatureSet in Data Expression using common attributes such as admin type and name of the area. Then, I want to count how many of these admin areas are affected by a weather event (polygon C), ideally returning all the names & geometry, not just count of intersects so that I can use the returned FeatureSet for further like filters. -- This is what I did so far. The third variable (fs3) is the one need to be used to define intersect, and has not been used yet. ==================================== // Portal var p = Portal('https://xyz.maps.arcgis.com'); // Create FeatureSet for points - municipality var fs1 = FeatureSetByPortalItem(p,'xxx', 0, ['*'], true); // Create Featureset for lines - regional district var fs2 = FeatureSetByPortalItem(p,'yyy', 13 ,['*'], true); var fs3 = Filter(FeatureSetByPortalItem(Portal('https://arcgis.com/'), 'zzz',1,['*'], true),"ImpactLevel=5"); // Create empty feature array and feat object for output var features = []; var feat; // Iterate fs1 for (var feature in fs1) { // Create feature with aggregated values feat = { 'attributes': { 'admin_type': ['Municipality'], 'name':feature['Admin_area_name'] } }; // Push feature into array Push(features, feat); }; for (var feature in fs2) { // Create feature with aggregated values feat = { 'attributes': { 'admin_type': ['Regional District'], 'name':feature['admin_area_name'] } }; // Push feature into array Push(features, feat); }; // Create dict for merged output FeatureSet var out_dict = { 'fields': [ {'name': 'admin_type', 'type': 'esriFieldTypeString'}, {'name': 'name', 'type': 'esriFieldTypeString'} ], 'geometryType': '', 'features': features }; // Convert dictionary to feature set - mergend A and B //return FeatureSet(Text(out_dict)); //Intersect the new FeatureSet with fs3 (polygon C)
