Thanks for the quick response. I forgot that esri requires a newer version of the .Net framework now. Since I hadn't worked on this project for a while it was targeting 4.5.2. Now that I'm using 4.7.2 everything is good!

I have a program that I wrote to connect to a feature service. I get an exception when I call QueryFeaturesAsysnc (see attachment). This application used to work but the Test Certificate expired and had to be recreated. I'm wondering if I'm not creating the certificate correctly? For the Signing portion of the application properties I am doing the following: 1. Check the "Sign the ClickOnce manifest" 2. Create Test Certificate using sha256RSA and no password. 3. Leave the "Timestamp server URL" blank and "Sign the assembly" unchecked. Is this the correct way to sign my esri WPF application?

Our program links with and uses the ArcGIS Runtime SDK 100.2. We use ClickOnce for the installation. One of our customers cannot run our program. The following is an excerpt from a trace he sent us. Application: IRIS.exe Framework Version: v4.0.30319 Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception. Exception Info: System.DllNotFoundException at RuntimeCoreNet.GeneratedWrappers.CoreArcGISRuntimeEnvironment.CoreRT_ArcGISRuntimeEnvironment_setInstallDirectory(Byte[], IntPtr ByRef) at RuntimeCoreNet.GeneratedWrappers.CoreArcGISRuntimeEnvironment.SetInstallDirectory(System.String) at Esri.ArcGISRuntime.ArcGISRuntimeEnvironment.TryInitialize()

Our feature service has photos attached to each row in the feature table. I would like to download these photos using the .Net SDK for WPF. While there is a great example for 10.2.7 at Work with feature attachments—ArcGIS Runtime SDK for .NET | ArcGIS for Developers I haven't found the equivalent example for the 100.2 .Net SDK. There is no QueryAttachmentsAsync for the feature table so I'm wondering how to do this?

Newby question. Can you program and run ArcPy without having ArgGIS Pro or ArcGIS Desktop installed? Is it enough to have Python and Jupyter Notebook installed along with the ArcPy plugin?

I'm working with WPF. In the attached example I have a map with four points. I have a handler that gets called when the user clicks on one of the points. Since the point clicked on may have slightly different coordinates from the one that I used to display it, how can I tell which point is the one the user clicked on?

Could you post the entire solution? If you have it for WPF, that would be great. Thanks!

I have the two overlays working now so I only get the OnMapViewTapped handler called when a point is clicked on. My question now is what is the best way to determine the point that was clicked on? Can I associate an identifier with each point or do I have to still go through all my points manually and determine which one is the closest to the location that was clicked on?

Thanks. Since I'm new to all this, if you can point me to an example, that would be great. Otherwise I'll try to work through it.

I found this example for IdentifyGraphicsOverlayAsync. I only care about the points so I set the polygon symbol fill to null. Now I have the situation where someone could click in the polygon area that is not on one of the points. How do I narrow the click down to to just the points and not the area in the polygon?

The attached code displays a Map with markers that you can click on to get more information. This code works but I'm trying to find the best way to make sure that when the user clicks on a marker that I interpret the click correctly as there may be a couple of markers close together. Currently I am dividing the extent height by 100 in order to calculate my hit area. This doesn't seem like the best way. Also, going through all of the JSON data to find a match isn't great either. Is there some way to associate a marker with some data and then handle the event when the marker is clicked on?
