GDay Martin, Did you ever find a solution to pagination? There is a youtube video we managed to follow here which works: How to do Pagination without knowing the number of pages (Part 2) in Power Query | List.Generate - YouTube The problem we are now having is that the token fails intermittently, so when we expect 180K records we may get 40K, or 120K, or 180K. Anyone know why the token could be dropping out on us?

Have you checked your token works by copying and pasting your URI and token into a web browser? <pasteURI>?token=<pasteToken> I have had this same problem, though I was working with a token that I raised. When I put it into a browser it worked, so I knew the token was valid. I was passing it as a bearer token and it did not work. I tried your syntax and it did not work. I tried the syntax in this article and it works for me Solved: Changing hosted Feature layers with Power automate... - Esri Community

This has been driving me nuts for week. I could get data out and could not get it back in. I have tried passing a bearer token in the header and got a 'Token Required' error. I used your syntax on the HTTP POST and it works like a dream. Thank you for finding a solution and writing about it so clearly! @IsmaelChivite can you add this information to your No-Code workflow automation with ArcGIS Survey123 (Directions Magazine) (esri.com)?

I have a public survey which I am reading into Power Automate using the process described above. Once I have enriched the data, I would like to write back to the survey's feature service. As it is a public survey, I have to generate a token. I have followed some help texts and am generating a token, but I am still getting a 'token required' error when I post back to the feature service. If I copy and paste the serviceURL with the token I have raised into a browser it works. Any idea how to fix this?

Hi Joshua Herman, I note the bugs in the links in this feed are all marked as 'complete'. I am currently having this issue with a feature service published in Survey123, however I cannot add anything ('no collectable layers are visible' even though the layers is drawing happily on the map) to the parent feature class (I do not have the child table in the collector project as it is populated by Survey123). I have this problem in the Windows collector app (20.0.1.0) and Android (20.2.1). No problem in iOS (20.2.2). Any ideas? or do I just have to wait for the next version?

Rather than improving communication between the two, cant they just be combined? I realise they have been developed in isolation in separate countries, but the custom URL scheme is a pain! My staff work completely offline, so having to flick back and forth between apps to see what they have captured is way too many keystrokes, not to mention having to ensure they have the most up-to-date map and survey downloaded before they go out in the field - the workflow is huge. Then the pain for me of having to trawl through a bunch of related tables to get my data out the other end, I just want one app that collects all of the data in a useful way! Surely some clever programmers could drop all of the form based stuff into collector, or if that is too hard they could be bundled together into what looks like a single app and do all of the custom calls in the background? The amount of customisation I have to do to use the 'ecosystem' of apps makes me feel like Esri should be paying me, not the other way around!

It would be great to do this. I can currently do it in Survey123, but as Survey123 has very limited options for recording line geometry I would like to be able to populate a field based on other fields (in this case, an average) as a form is filled out in a webmap and in collector.

I have published a survey to portal. The survey works fine. I built a Feature Report using the 'copy' option from survey123 to ensure I populated the Word template correctly. It worked at first, then I added 'Asset #' to the text in my word document, and I started getting a 'Error: Item specified by surveyItemId does not exist or is not accessible.' when I uploaded the Word template. I have removed the # from the text, and still get the error. I have deleted the Survey and republished a new one, and get the same error. I have re-created the Word document, and still get the same error. I have re-published the survey to ArcGIS Online, and used my existing Word template, and I get no error - everything works fine. Is there an issue with using Report Templates in Portal? The other error message I get in portal is that I cannot generate a sample report template.

surely it would have been less work to integrate the two rather than all the work put into the custom URL scheme, building better forms in collector and adding lines and polys in Survey123? All I want is the map-based collection of collector (ability to download basemaps as you go, record a GPS track, etc.) with smart forms from Survey123 (cascading domains, conditional fields, pretty formatting). Alas I have to build a line feature with a related table so that I can do geometry in collector and attribution in Survey123, then not see the whole picture in either system until I find some mobile coverage, then not be able to generate a full report from Survey123 as it is only looking at one table, not both #RantOver

Please don't fix that bug! at least, not until functions exists that allow a running total. Looks like coalasce() wouldn't help as I have more than two inputs and never know how many would be populated (I had hopes for sum() and count() but they only work for repeats). In the mean time, I will push users to the mobile app.

Hi #ismael chivite, can you expand on this please? - Do I download it from Flow (as a .zip or a .json?) and put it in the survey folder and re-publish? or - Do I create the flow in Survey123 then press the cloud download icon in Survey123 connect? I tried the second of these options and can't see any extra files or information, so I don't know if it has done anything

I don't think I understand coalasce. Doesn't it return the first non-empty value of two fields? I have eight fields, and want the running average of the ones that have been answered, as not all eight questions will be answered all the time. Both Survey123 Connect and Survey123 Mobile give me the running total, however the webform does not.
