So I found a solution. What I had to do was plug my phone into a computer. Go and find the folder for ArcCollector and there was a folder in there called offline or something like that. I opened it up an saw another folder that included my user name in the folder name. Copied that to my computer as to get it off the unstable phone. Then looked in those folders and found files with .geodatabase as the extension name. Then opened up ArcMap and used the tool called "Copy Runtime Geodatabase to File Geodatabase" and saved this to a folder on my computer. This created a new geodatabase with a feature class of my data. I had to do this for several of the files in the folder to make sure I retrieved all of my data. A bit of a pain, but at least I got my data off the phone!

Thanks Brandon. I tried that but have the same sync error. I am wondering if I remove the account and then add it will I lose all the un-synced points?

I also have check my Online ESRI account o made sure I can sync. I also have tried refreshing Collector and restarting the phone. I am running Version 18.0.3, build 1033. I am not sure how to get my data points off my phone.

I am having a issue when publishing a layer to the web from ArcGIS pro. To use Pro I have to be logged into my organization. I go to publish and if I do not select share with everyone or share with people in my organization I get the error "You do not have permissions to access this resource" when it finishes publishing and I click on the "Manage the web layer" link. Why do I have to check one of the boxes? Can I not just publish it for my eyes only? The other issue this creates is when I go to re-do it and check the boxes it says the layer exists, but there is no way for me to see this layer or delete it. Thanks Jen

That works too and I like that I can lay it flat and see the colder areas are greater in elevation. I will have to investigate why I do not get the option to check "Use elevation values in the layer's features". Thank you this is really powerful.

I would like to use a DEM as a base layer and then display temperature data over the DEM. So the DEM would allow the user to see changes in elevation and then another temperature layer, which could be a polygon or raster, is displayed with continuous colors from cold to warm. Is this possible? I have looked at ArcScene using a DEM as Base Heights but then the DEM is on top of everything. So at this point I do not know what keywords to use to search for what I am trying to do. I thought maybe a mosaic dataset, but that did not turn out quite right. Can somebody let me know if there is a tool or name for what I am trying to do and then I can see if there are tutorials or a book I can get? I have attached an example of the two layers. Temperature can be a polygon or raster.
