Is it possible to publish a Vector Tile Service from ArcPro to a stand-alone ArcGIS Server 10.8.1 or does it has to be published to an ArcGIS Server that is federated with a Portal?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone in the ESRI Enterprise community knew if there was a way to log information about Feature Services--specifically the FeatureServer/.../addFeatures endpoint? We are having issues with duplicate GUIDs being created with new features even though there is a "unique" constraint on that field and it is set as the "uniqueidentifier" in a table. Thank you all for the help!

I have an enterprise web-application that is internally facing for a client. We are planning to implement an external version that will be available for certain stakeholders. The external version of the application will have the majority of features from the internal version, however, some tables/fields will be removed or obfuscated. The current plan is to make a copy of the internal enterprise geodatabase on the database server (internal) and have that same copy on a separate database server that will be for the external application. We would run a replica from the original (internal) geodatabase to remove the unnecessary tables/fields and dump that into the copied gdb on the internal server. Then we would push whatever is in that copied gdb into the external gdb on the other server. Is this the most efficient way of doing this? The replicas would be kicked off via a python script run on a nightly process. Thanks!

I am interesting in the ArcGIS System Log Parser. Does it need to be installed on the ArcGIS Server machine or can it be installed on a separate machine and point to the ArcGIS Server URL? If yes, does that machine need permission to access the ArcGIS Server machine? Thanks!

I have an enterprise web application for a client that is hosted on a single GIS Server, a Web Adapter on a separate machine and an enterprise rdbms on a third machine. Currently, there is only one map service containing multiple layers. Some of the layers are used as visualization or reference layers while others are data points that are being edited/updated by the users. On average, there are about 400 - 500 requests to the service on a daily basis. I am seeing some performance issues with the application, most notably during times of high traffic use, and have been wondering if it is worth publishing some of the data layers that are being edited the most as separate services. Other suggestions are also welcome.

We are planning to upgrade ArcGIS Enterprise from 10.6. to 10.8.1. This includes a GIS Server and Web Adapter. Are there any considerations we need to take into account/vulnerabilities?

We installed the GeoEvent patch 10.5.1 and it ended up "breaking" our GeoEvent Manager--making us unable to uninstall it. So far, the GeoEvent log file has said "signed field invalid'. Hoping someone ran into a similar issue and had it resolved. Thanks
