Great. I think this happens when you try to connect to a network drive that is on a different VLAN.

You can use the Geoprocess "Copy" or "Rename" in ArcGIS Pro - it does the work. But I certainly agree that ESRI should return the option to Copy & Paste with right click inside the Catalog View. Daniel

Hi DrVSSKiran, Your solution doesn't work on our computers. However I found a workaround solution: If I drag a folder or network path with the mouse (or the the Drive letter) from the file explorer to the Catalog view - it works ( Go figure 🤷).

After I upgraded from Pro 2.7 to 2.8.1 I can't connect anymore to network drives!! Our network goes over few VLANs. I figured that when I try to connect to a network drive that on the same VLAN as my computer - there is no problem. But, when I try to connect to a drive that on a different VLAN I get this error: "Cannot access B:\" (B is one of my network drives letter). It doesn't matter if i try to connect with the full network path (not the drive letter). Before upgrading to Pro 2.8 on Pro 2.6 and 2.7 there wasn't any problem to connect to these Network Drives. Any ideas how to solve this? Thanks, Daniel

I have many Feature Classes (FCs) with a lot of fields that's covers a large area. I would like to copy only a subtype of the data of each FC by a defined extent to a new File Geodatabase with the same FCs names but only with 3 selected fields. I already made an empty targeted FCs with only the 3 fields I need in a new FGDB (with subtypes and assigned domains). Since I have something like 100 FC, is there any option to do this automatically and not one by one with the Append tool (using the extent in the environment of the tool)? Thank you, Daniel Gluck

The challenge is to rename the field name that's holding all the subtypes. Thanks anyway Daniel Gluck נשלח מה-iPhone שלי

There is a solution but only in ArcPro. Follow this link. Add a new Long field and the tool will insert all the "Old/wrong" subtype field to the new corrected name subtype field. Thanks all for your reply. Daniel Gluck

I would like to change a field name called "type" to a different name because it is making errors when I'm joining the feature class. The feature class has a very long subtype list with dozens of domain assigned to different fields. I can not alter the field name for some reason, probably because the subtypes. Any ides how can I do that's?
