Hello, The organization I work for is interested in using Survey123 to collect data in the field. It's a simple form that allows users to fill out information on their devices. They also attach a couple photos to the survey. One of the concerns that came up is since each survey has photo attachments, it would quickly fill up space in the portal. Is this a legitimate concern when hosting the survey feature layer in portal? One solution is to migrate the surveys into SQL Server but is this necessary? I don't know how many surveys will be collected but I estimate around a couple hundred per year.

Thanks James. I am using a file geodatabase as the destination workspace but I am getting same error. Also, I can't seem to connect to ArcGIS Online. I get the following error when portal url is set to www.arcgis.com. I think it has to due with sync capabilities note being enabled on feature server. FAIL: Logging in to Survey exception: 'capabilities' ['capabilities'] <type 'exceptions.KeyError'> 545

Does this script require a higher than basic license? I get the following error. ERROR 999999: Error executing function. The application is not licensed to create or modify schema for this type of data Failed to execute (AddField).
