Yeah, there are a few different ways to do things. At first I was going to point out a few differences between exporting a map and a layout and why that wasn't going to work for me, but it turned out that "Clip to Graphics Extent" and "Transparent Background" aren't needed because the resulting file is already clipped to the extent of the image. I appreciate that suggestion. I wouldn't have thought of that because I was focused on finding some method that dealt with the image and not a map.

When you say "from the map view", what method are you suggesting to follow? Using the contextual menu Data>Export Raster doesn't allow writing of the georeferenced info into the file. Going into Raster Layer > Data > Export Raster is the same tool, accessed differently.

Thanks for that suggestion. Unlike when I export the image from Share>Export Layout, options to export the georeferenced info aren't present in Copy Raster. I can export the image, but that's not helpful unless the georeferenced data is with it.

I'm using ArcGIS Pro 2.9.3 After georeferencing an image file, I want to export just the image, with the georeferencing information embedded in the image. I want to avoid exporting a layout (due the extra steps of setting that up) I'm using AGP's georeferencing tools to properly align an image to coordinates. After I georeference this image, I must then export this image, and upload it to a non-ESRI website. That site doesn't allow a separate file to contain georeference info. It expects the georeferenced data to be included in the image file. Many formats are acceptable including PDF and TIFF. Where I'm stuck: To avoid the extra steps of creating a layout, I can't find a method to export just the image with the georeferencing information embedded. I can export a layout and make the area outside of the image to the edge of the layout transparent, which is acceptable, but not preferred. Through various web searches, I haven't found an answer.

@wayfaringrob Thanks for the suggestion of FancyZones in MS PowerToys. It seems to work better than NVidia's desktop manager, because FZ handles child windows. This has taken SOME of the pain away in constant resizing! I wouldn't have encountered this had you not suggested it. I haven't seen any previews for 3.0 but I'm looking forward to it as I have some bug requests that are allegedly being fixed in this release!

Around 600 points across CONUS is what I have. I could use a smaller subset of points, but they're geographically distant so I would probably be better served going to FEMA MSC site and entering each address in, which I was hoping to avoid doing. I would like a local copy of this file, but I can't seem to get it. There are a few sites that have copies (ESRI, HIFLD, FEMA MSC) but when I go to download, or copy the GDB to my AGOL account, it always times out. Even filtering the data seems to be too large. You mentioned a limit of 2,000 features. Is that a default setting likely to be in common use?

No, I'm not. The hyperlinks I created insert lat/long from the attribute table into a URL string. The directions you linked to document how to insert them into Text, Chart or Image. I'm using them in Fields and using the below arcade expression. "https://forecast.weather.gov/MapClick.php?lat="+$feature.Latitude+"&lon="+$feature.Longitude+"&unit=0&lg=english&FcstType=graphical" I just partially fixed it. If I select Edge as the default web browser, the links open. If I choose Google Chrome, they do not.

Yes! I came here to add this to the ideas. I'd like to resize the layer properties box and have it remember the size. I've got a large monitor and would like to use it! Resizing it every time is frustrating.

This is an issue with the environment the workstation is in, but I'd like some guidance on possible fixes so I can go my internal helpdesk. Working with AGP 2.8 and 2.8.2. URLs in the app don't work. They could be in popups or an error message from running a GP tool or script. I click and click and nothing happens. I looked through the options and all I found was Navigation>Block JavaScript content and I unchecked that (since I'm at a loss). I'm the only user of AGP 2.8 in my company so an admin would not have added the registry key to make this permanent. Does anyone know if there are windows settings that enable blocking of links that a sys admin would have control over? I don't notice links not working in any other installed app on this workstation.

I'm attempting to intersect some points with a layer hosted by ESRI: Flood Hazard Layer and can't I've also tried to use the FEMA NFHL hosted on their site (both using the ArcGIS server and OGC WFS) On the ESRI layer: PW Intersect fails with ERROR 160203 which has a very unhelpful description which is essentially just the title. Intersect "succeeds", but has an empty output, which seems odd because I can see that the point is inside the polygon with no holes. If I select a containing polygon and perform the intersect, it works using either tool. Both the point and polygon layers are the same projection. The point layer exists on a local drive, the FC is hosted by ESRI. I've tried to export the "USA Flood Hazard Reduced Set" but not all of the data is exported, which also seems odd. Does anyone have another solution?

@KoryKramer sorry to bring to life this old post, but Is there a viewable list of enhancement requests? I was hoping the option to debug scripts would have been added to the Geoprocessing options tab, but I'm running 2.8.2 and I don't see it. I've searched the community site, esri support, Google, etc and this post is the only thing I can find that has "ENH-000096482". Also, I downloaded the pro version of PyCharm and I'm having problems connecting it to the ArcGIS Pro process to debug. While there are numerous articles that cover the very basics about debugging scripts, I haven't seen anything that addresses this question. I've been able to debug scripts when I set the path to the project and run the script that way. Is this how it's done?

Hello! I did a clean install of 2.7 last night after uninstalling 2.6.2 and deleting all the folders associated with the previous install. I use a project template to create daily maps for work, and I erased my existing templates and tried to create a new one. I'm saving it to the local drive. Analyze doesn't result in any issues, but the "create" stage takes a half-hour and fails. I'm following the same process I did in 2.6.2. The below message is from the log. 1) I didn't place shp file into the template and haven't accessed it in months. None of the files I placed in the template reference this file. 2) The path isn't correct. E:\GeoSpatialData is a path and E:\gisTEMP is a path, but there's no E:\GeoSpatialData\gisTEMP ProjectPackage 2020-12-18 02:57:02 Status: InProgress StatusMessage: Sharing process started
ProjectPackage 2020-12-18 03:23:51 Status: Failed ErrorMessage: ERROR 001707: Data cannot be opened: Shape File(E:\GeoSpatialData\gisTEMP\Allstorms.ibtracs_all_lines.v03r10) Allstorms.ibtracs_all_lines.v03r10.shp. Why does it take 25 min to fail? Today, I tried creating another template and it again failed after a half hour with the same reason. I unchecked the "Include toolboxes" option and it completed within 5 seconds. Interesting, but I verified that none of the scripts reference the path above within the Python script or as a parameter. Doesn't the Analyze step verify that everything is accessible?
