Thanks for the script, I will try it. In general I was trying to create a map that shows a 'Mixed Forest' containing the particular species. So there have to be at least 2 species ( or more - with >20) in one grid. Isn't there another solution or tool for this one?

The last one is exactly the one I needed, thank you very much! One last question: Overall I got 9 species and want to create a raster where at least 2 or more of the species with >20 are displayed, is there maybe one expression for it? Or is it possible to combine expressions maybe like this: Con("AlnusSpp" + "BetulaSpp" > 20,"AlnusSpp" + "BetulaSpp") OR
Con("AlnusSpp" + "CarpinusSpp" > 20,"AlnusSpp" + "CarpinusSpp")

Thanks for the quick answer. This one works but I try to retain the exact values from the data and not the define them as 1 or 0, because the exact values are important for further procedures.

Hello, is it possible to combine 2 rasters with the raster calculator defining the value of the rasters? It should look more or less like this but at the moment i'm getting an error for the expression. Thanks for answers

Hello, I have landuse data with 10 year intervals and I want to create maps for every year without having specific data for every year. So for example I have a map from 1900 and another from 1910, I want to create maps for the years 1901, 1902, 1903, 1904,... but just with the data from 1900 and 1910. It is rasta data so I guess a good idea would be to identificate all rastas that have changed between 1900 and 1910 and then try to distribute them evenly for every year, but I am not sure if or how this could be possible with ArcGis. Thanks for the help

There is no time data included yet, I Need to create new time data but at the moment I just want to sort them after their Pixel value at a first step right now they are just sorted after their listing, so always the layer that stands at the top is shown, but the layer with the highest pixelvalue at one spot is supposed to be represented in the map. After using cell statistics they are all merged in one file, but not seperated, so that I can not Change for example the colour of one single species.

But after cell statistics using maximum the data is already merged in one file. In the end it's supposed to look like this, but I don't know how to get there.

Hello, I'm just starting to work with the software programm ArcGis and want to merge about 20 different rasta files containing the distribution of european tree species. They all have different values related to their distribution level, i want to combine them in one layer but only the dominant species, should be presented, so if there are different species in one grid cell only the one with the highest value should be presented, furthermore I want to make a time-related map, using a simple coefficient, just saying that for example broadleave areas are shrinking since the 1950s. Best regards and thanks for the help. F. Schwarz
