We're setting out targets on a flat floodplain and taking GPS with a sub-centimeter RTK unit and getting anywhere between 3"-6" with our control points in d2m. Does this seem about right for horizontal?

I swear i was able to do this not too long ago and it changed along the way. Here's my workflow to use the paste answers from Favorite. Fill out the fields that will be repeated, set as favorites, and then hit the checkmark to complete the survey. Rather than clicking "Send Now" click "Send Later." Now when you "Collect" you can paste your partially completed survey. Maybe this was how it was designed to work, but I totally agree with Malcom's comment.

I thought it shouldn't be this hard to publish so i checked with our AGOL admin and it was a setting for my AGOL account allowing me to publish hosted scene layers. once that was checked on, it worked as expected.

I have a .las data set i would like to use to create 3d web scene in AGOL to share with other state agencies. I've created the scene layer package in ArcGIS Pro 2.0 and shared to my AGOL account and created a scene from this. When Open the scene, there is nothing there except the world street map. To be honest, I've tried so many steps I can't remember what I did after that other than go in circles. Is there any documentation out there that lists the steps to create a 3d web scene from a point cloud data set? Thanks
