Hi John, Your suggested solution work well and I was even able to to use various setting as "Add, update and delete features" and "Editors can only see their own features". However, the option under 'What features can editors edit' had to be set to "Editors can see all features" in order for a survey with attachment to be successfully submitted. The question I have is, is this working as designed? Meaning, is the option of "Editors can see all features" a requirement for the survey's with attachments to be posted to the service? Thanks, David

Thanks for the suggestion but I'm not sure how that would work since you would be overwriting the same input you would be using for that iteration.

I've build a model that uses feedback variables through X number of iterations within a for loop to manipulate a raster. Due to space limitations, I want to delete the previous variable after it has been used in the next iteration. For example, Raster-->Raster Calculator = Raster1-->Raster Calculator = Raster2--> Delete Raster1, Next iteration Raster2--> Raster Calculator = Raster3-->Delete Raster2 ...and so on, keeping the final iteration output. Anyone got any experience putting something like this together? Thanks Dave

I'm hoping someone can help me by shedding light on the issue of cell size and scale when it comes to mosaic datasets. What I want to do is set the scale at which the base raster is displayed. So lets say I want the base raster to be displayed at 1:12000. If I use the formula provided in the help (Cell Size = Scale x 0.0254/96), I get an answer of 3.175. Converting this cell size to feet I get a cell value of 10.416667. Now I am assuming that this is the value I would place in the MaxPS column beacuse "maximum cell size defines the upper limit of the image". However, once the this is entered I can scale out to 1:14,999 with the images still visible and at 1:15,000 they are shut off. So what am I missing here? By the way, I am testing this on a 10.0SP4 mosaic data stored in a GDB with no overviews built and no pyramids on the rasters. Any in site into this would be greatly appreciated. Dave

Using the desktop help ("Examples of using Model Only tools in ModelBuilder"), I replicated the model example that was provided for Collect Values. It iterates through rasters in a workspace, collects the values, then passes those values to the Mosaic to New Raster tool. This works fine when I provide one workspace but if I try to batch process multiple workspaces (I've got thousands of them) the resulting mosaic output is wrong. What seems to happen is it only collects the first raster in the first workspace provided, then it moves to the next workspace, iterates / collects all of those rasters, then passes all this to the Mosaic to New Raster tool. The output is a mosaic raster containing inputs from multiple workspaces. This is wrong in two ways: 1) Each workspace needs to be operated on separately and 2) not all rasters are being collected in the iteration process. So am I missing something here? Is it even possible to batch process a model iteration? Thanks in advance for any input provided. Dave
