Thanks Morten! that worked for MaxScale. If I set the MaxScale to a very small number, I can continue to zoom in very close and keep the tile package displayed.. How about on the flip side of that? Can I keep the tile package displayed when the map is zooming out? I've tried playing around with the min and max scales, but no luck so far. Thanks again for your help.

Nagma, Thanks your reply on GeoNet I wanted to double check I have this right, because I cannot seem to get the behavior to change. Below is the code I am using: ArcGISTiledLayer localTiledLayer = new ArcGISTiledLayer(new Uri(file.Path)) { Id = LOCAL_LAYER_ID }; localTiledLayer.NoDataTileBehavior = NoDataTileBehavior.UpSample; localTiledLayer.Name = "Tile package layer"; localTiledLayer.Id = "TilePackageLayer"; if (localTiledLayer.LoadStatus != Esri.ArcGISRuntime.LoadStatus.Loaded) await localTiledLayer.LoadAsync(); MyMapView.Map.Basemap.BaseLayers.Add(localTiledLayer); I have tried all the properties on the NoDataTileBehavior (UpSample, Show, Blank). None of them have seemed to change the behavior. The tile package which is saved as a TiledLayer to the base layers disappears when it is too far zoomed out or too far zoomed in. Also, the Blank property does not seem to do anything. Thanks, Nick.

We are using a tile package as a base map for offline use. However, to keep the tile package file size as small as possible, we do not download all the levels of detail. But the tile package will disappear when zoomed in 'beyond' or 'beneath' it. Is there a way to keep the Tile Package displayed even if the map is zoomed in to lower levels of details, and there is not a matching level of detail in the tile package. I know the image will be disported and pixelated. But it would be better than an empty map. Thanks, Nick

Hey! I am trying change the default visibility of layers and sublayers depending on different criteria. I also want these layers to sync up with the check boxes in the Table of Contents widget. The code I have works "most of the time" when I run the application out of flash builder. However, when I export a release build. Andtest it within the production website. It has a lower success rate. Sometimes, the correct layers turn on/off.. Other times the layers are not changed. I have similar code to this: http://forums.esri.com/Thread.asp?c=158&f=2421&t=300662&mc=15#939976 But like I said it only works half the time. The library I am using is 2.3.1 If anyone has any suggestions let me know. I have tried setting a timeout to delay my function but that did not seem to help. Thanks in advance, Nick

I cannot expose the renderer property on the com.esri.ags.components.supportClasses.FieldInspector using version 3.0 I was able to access it using versions 2.5 and 3.1. To test code I have been using the AttributeInspectorInfoWindowEditable.mxml on: http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/flex-api/samples/#/Attribute_Inspector__edit_/01nq0000005z000000 <esri:AttributeInspector id="attrInsp"
deleteFeature="attrInsp_deleteFeatureHandler(event)"
updateFeature="attrInsp_updateFeatureHandler(event)"
saveFeature="attrInsp_saveFeatureHandler(event)">
<esri:FieldInspector featureLayer="{myFeatureLayer}"
fieldName="activeprod"
label="ACTIVE_PRODUCTION"/> I believe this is a bug, is there a fix or workaround? Thanks
