Hi Kelly, Has the option to re-order layers of any type been implemented yet? I also find having to put image or tile layers at the bottom of the TOC incredibly restrictive. Sometimes I want to have an image layer because I want the layer to render quickly but I can't label this layer because the labels will be covered by the data from the Feature Service layers. You can see a good example of this problem in the two attached screen shots. In the MapImage_1, you can see the "S" circled in red peeping out in the map and it looks strange. This is because the layer with graduated colors is hiding the rest of the text, "United State." In the second image, I removed the graduated colors layer so you can see what's hiding underneath. Thanks, Lyndy

Hi BillFox, I checked on this and AGOL does use the same Street Network as the Premium. Carlyndy

Thank you, Jay! I was able to create Service Areas using the Ready Use Tools in ArcGIS Online and it worked great! Carlyndy

Thank you for your reply, BillFox! Is Esri StreetMap Premium a better option than using ArcGIS Online's network data in terms of accurate network analysis results? Thanks again! Carlyndy

Hello, I'm new to the Network Analyst Extension so my question is fairly basic, I think. Can anyone recommend a USA roads layer (for edges) that could be used to create a Network Dataset that's suitable for creating Drive Time Polygons (Service Area Polygons) from health facilities that have ultracold storage for the COVID-19 vaccine? I have the health facilities with ultracold storage point layer. I tried the Census Bureau's Tigerline Road layer but it's too detailed and their primary road layer is not detailed enough. And I read that the roads layers in AGOL is meant for cartography, not analysis purposes. Any guidance is greatly appreciated! Carlyndy

Hi, I went to an Esri story map event where I was told there's an email address folks can send their story maps to Esri professionals to get feedback. I must have written the email address down incorrectly as it keeps bouncing back. The email address I have is storymaps.review@esri.com. Does anyone have the correct email address?

Hi Kelly, Some examples include: Notice that a particular user did not provide the required metadata when item(s) were shared with groups or with the organization; Notice that a particular user's account has been inactive for a given period of time; Warning that a particular user shared content that is not relevant; Notice that new user was added.

I like this idea but my agency is more interested in using messaging within AGOL and Portal to allow Administrators the ability to notify individual users of violations to the content creation and sharing rules and to send other important messages. We believe receiving a notice to correct something from a Portal Administrator would make a response more likely than receiving a notice to correct something from an individual named user.

Provide a "Clear" option in the Query Widget to allow users the ability to clear query values if they change their mind about what criteria and value they want to search on. For example, let's say that a user selects "Idaho" or "ID" from a drop down list that searches for all hospitals in her home state of Idaho, but then she changes her mind when she notices that she can also search by her zip code. The problem is that she has already selected "Idaho" from the state query drop down option, so if she wants to search by zip instead, she has to delete "Idaho" manually or run the query on state and then clear the result-none of which are good options. Instead, wouldn't it be nice if the user could just "Clear" and start over again? See attached screen shot.
