Well, after uninstalling and reinstalling my problem has not yet been solved. 1.Start ArcScene 2.Splash screen pops up 3. Says "Initializing Licence" 4.ArcScene window opens as all white named "Untitled" 5.Splash screen remains open. 6.Splash screen says "Initializing Application..." 7.ArcScene then says "Not responding"
