I'm currently doing a project on Public Safety and have a general idea of what I want to do but don't know exactly how to go about the specifics of doing it. I have created a service area for Ambulance Staging Areas away from the facility at cutoffs of 3, 6, and 10 minutes. I have done the same for Emergency Service Hospitals towards the facility at the same cutoffs. I'd ideally like to find a way to combine and analyze this data in such a way as the extent of the ambulance service areas, to the emergency service facilities. This would be used to rank areas with timing from the staging areas to anywhere in the service area and then to the emergency facilities. What would be the best way to do this? Or should I go about this in a different manner? Ideally, Network Analyst would be used in this process.

Is there any way in ArcGIS Online to find and select the two farthest points within a map or to find the farthest point from a selected point on the map and find the distance? Example, select Los Angeles as a city point and find the farthest city that you have a point for on the map and show the distance. Or even select Los Angeles as a city point and find the farthest point on the boundary of the contiguous US and create a specific point. Maybe even create a buffer layer that extends to that farthest point. I know there is a nearest function, but don't know how to find farthest if it is even possible currently. If not would there ever be an incentive to add a function for that?
