Hello @Mary Windsor, Your guess is correct the replication package (.crpk) is created by Distributed Collaboration. Replication items in the ArcGIS Platform are used for replicating data from one device or environment to another. Most commonly they occur when part of a Collaboration when syncing between different portals/ArcGIS Online. Example – If a Portal was configured as part of a Collaboration with an ArcGIS Online organization portal the Replication Packages are used to transfer data between the two. In most circumstances, these packages are transferred in the background and will never see the replication packages appear in the content within a portal. If a Collaboration is removed Replication Packages can be left as a method of delete prevention. We are working on documentation to explain the details of CRPK files.

Hello Marko Einspieler, This may be happening due to "App Container Loopback Exemption Utility" in Fiddler. In order allow Collector for Windows to send traffic through Fiddler we need to create an exception for it in Fiddler. Its a simple check box selection process, explained in detail in below link (even though the document is for Windows 8, the behavior is same for Windows 10): Configure Fiddler for Windows 8 Metro-style applications - Progress Telerik Fiddler Once we launch the "App Container Loopback Exemption Utility", we need to select "Collector For ArcGIS" and the save and relaunch Fiddler (This requires Administrative Privileges on the machine) Hope it helps! Kind Regards, Archit

Hello Christopher Sabo, Thanks for posting this question. There are multiple ways to find a solution in the current scenario: We can publish a Routing Service and configure it with Portal We can use "Esri network utility services on ArcGIS Online", and configure it with Portal, Kindly find the documentation to achieve that result below: Configure utility services—Portal for ArcGIS (10.6) | ArcGIS Enterprise "Please go through the following documentation prior working with ArcGIS Online Routing service : Understand credits—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS " For more details in regards to ArcGIS Online Routing Service check the following documentation : ArcGIS Online Directions and Routing Services Hope it helps! Hello Marybeth Vargha, Could you please confirm the following details: What is the Version of Portal for ArcGIS? Is Portal configured as federated and set as Hosting? Is this occurring only with Hosted Feature Service or also occurring with ArcGIS Server services? Is this working fine if I add the same service to Map Viewer and try to edit? Are we using CA signed certificate, if yes, have imported the complete chain to Portal, take a look at the following doc: Import a certificate into the portal—Portal for ArcGIS (10.6) | ArcGIS Enterprise Regards, Archit

Hello Igancio, As per the screenshot it seems that the information passed in service URL is incorrect while setting up the federation (referred as URL in screenshot), it seems that it has the Portal URL passed where as the correct syntax is as follows (both the URLs passed here should be of ArcGIS Server): Service URL: https://webadaptorhost.domain.com/webadaptorname Admin URL : https://gisserver.domain.com:6443/arcgis (Refer to "Federate an ArcGIS Server site with your portal" ) Both these URLs will be of ArcGIS Server. The easiest way to update that is to follow the steps mentioned below: Navigate to https://webadaptorhost.domain.com//portal/sharing/rest Login with Portal Administrative credentials. Click on the "Org ID: 0123456789ABCDEF" and scroll down to the bottom of the window. Select "Servers" under "Child Resources". Select "Server id" > "Update Server" and provide the correct URL. Hope it helps! Regards, Archit

Hello Loretta, Thanks for the reply. Even though we are allowing application to create a new folder, this newly created folder will contain the non-published Survey in Connect automatically where as the ones which are published to ArcGIS Online/Portal will have to be downloaded. Please let me know if you observe the behavior to be otherwise. Regards, Archit

Hello Lynn, Could you please try renaming the "My Survey Designs" present at "C:\Users\<user_name>\ArcGIS" to "My Survey Designs_old" and relaunch the Survey 123 Connect application. This should create a new "My Survey Designs" folder and should allow you to download the Survey forms. Please let me know how it goes. Regards, Archit

Hello John, Mostly we encounter these issues due to missing permissions of ArcGIS Server Account on the following location: Drive:\arcgisserver. Drive:\Python27. Drive:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Server. Run the Configure ArcGIS Server account. Applying explicit permissions for ArcGIS Server account should take care of this error. Hope it helps! Regards, Archit
