I have an Autocomplete Search function in one of my Survey forms that I constructed from Survey123 Connect. However, even though the data is in the AGOL Hosted table, it seems there is a limit in the number of matches it will return. I the highest number in the field that it searches for a match to return attributes is 3800ish. Howver, the match and return of the function seems to stop when I get close to the higher numbers. Is there a limit or a "constraint" on this function that is holding me up? EDIT: Is it easier and/or more efficient to run the PullData and/or AutoSearch function(s) from a hosted table OR from a hosted feature layer on my AGOL account?  Thanks ... View more

I have the Premium License in Power Automate that includes additional triggers from ArcGIS that sends notifications when data in ArcGIS Online are updated/created. However, I am having difficulties figuring out how to program a flow in Power Automate to accomplish what I am trying to do. I want to be able to send an e-mail (know how to do that), when a specific attribute is selected in a Survey123 form.  The Survey123 form results are saved as a Feature Layer in my AGOL catalog. However, when I use the "When a record is updated in a feature layer" trigger, it doesn't seem to let me select that feature layer. What do I need to do to program the flow to identify this particular attribute has been updated/added in a Survey123 form to trigger an email notification? This is a 2-step process. Basically, this first part sends an email that a form has been started and ready for someone else to finish the form. Once that 2nd person has finished, it triggers the create a report and email the final PDF report. Good Morning. I am working on improving certain workflows so I am not generating duplicate final reports each time.  Here is my question: Are we able to have different users add different entries to the same form/survey from different devices? Example: Field foreman starts a survey for an inventory request thru their field android tablet. (Power Automate to send a notification that a new survey has been started, BUT not submitted). This notification would trigger an internal process for our warehouse to pull the items and prepare them to be received by our foreman/crew. Once that is done, the warehouse employee would use their tablet to open that same form/survey and input the number of items they pulled/prepared. By them hitting submit, it will NOW trigger Power Automate to run the report and e-mail the final PDF report.  In the future, there might be an added entry from a different person from a different department that would add to the form prior to completing the final PDF report. Good Morning: I have a large number of Survey123 forms created with individual Power Automate Flow(s) that automatically create a PDF printed report and emails it to selected personnel who need it.  It has become a trend in recent months that I get a complaint from a Superintendent that they did not receive a specific report after their foreman said it was submitted. Investigating the flow(s), they fail and I have to go back in and re-set up the connection, re-establishing the webhook that is created when I build the flow.  I need some guidance on what I need/should be doing to prevent this from continuing to happen.  ...
