I'm trying to download the trial version of CityEngine. There appears to be an error on the form at http://appsforms.esri.com/products/cityengine/index.cfm?event=evaluate.aprimo&divert=http://www.esri.com/software/cityengine/free-trial. The "What best describes your industry?" dropdown menu does not offer any industry options, but the form will not proceed unless this field is populated. Can you get this fixed asap please as I am trying to set up some PCs for a City Engine training course.
