issues after license key

So i have been working on an offline map that uses shapefiles and kml's, I finally got to the point i was ready to add the license key to the app and once i did the map just went from showing all my files to showing a grey screen labeled powered by esri. no errors listed license status 3 level 1 type 2.

Local data such as Shapefiles and KML will require a Standard license key.
