How to display elevation contours in feet

I have created a Hillshade effect and would like to use the Contours tool on the 3D Analyst toolbar to show me the Contour Elevation in feet. Right now it is giving me something like. 118.258 instead of 7.8 feet

How can I change this?

In "Contour", click in

• "Environment Settings" 
• "XY Resolution and Tolerance" or "Z Values"
• "Z Resolution" _ "Feet"

What your saying makes sense but I don't think that is the answer I am looking for. I think it is just a setting.

I had this working last week but now that it is Monday, I can't remember what setting I changed
