How to improve MapView display resolution?

Hello,
I have migrated my application's runtime SDK from 10.2.9 to 100.5.0.
It uses a WMS layer for the basemap.
I noticed that with the new SDK, the mapview display resolution seems to be lower than before.
For example this is how the map looks like with the sdk 10.2.9:
And with the sdk 100.5.0:
As you can see the rendering is clearly different while the extent is the same (I confirm the layer source is the same too).
How can I make the MapView to be as sharp with the new sdk as it was with the previous one ?
