What are credits?

I ended up with -3.63 credits on my account, therefore I don't access to my layers. I checked how can I buy more credits and came across with this form of buying credits, however the button 'Quantity' and 'Add to Chart' are disabled

So do I need to contact local Distributor just in order to buy these credits? I would like to make it online because otherwise it will make a huge delay

Did you try signing in when you were trying to buy credits?

Yes, I'm logged in 

It seems like you are not able to buy credits online if you are outside the USA

You are right, you can get in touch with Account Manager if there is an emergency.
