I have a Named User License for ArcGIS Pro. I turned on "Authorize ArcGIS Pro to work offline" on one computer (Computer A) and now can not use it on another (Computer B) now. What should I do to be able to use on both computers?
I tried to turn off "Authorize ArcGIS Pro to work offline" on Computer A, but it does not allow me to do so because this option is now greyed out!

Robert,
If you're using named user with on-premise portal, the expiration date of the a license taken offline is determine by the time frame set in the license manager. By default it's set to 30 days. Of course the time frame can be shorten or extended. As for named user license with ArcGIS Online, this feature is not yet available. However it is on our road map to be available in the near future. We're just not sure at which version yet.
I was talking to an ESRI tech support specialist who said that AGOL is generally 2 versions ahead of Portal. In this case it looks like offline license configuration capability is ahead of AGOL. This does not appear to fit the model that the tech support specialist told me about.
Would this just be an anomaly in this model?
Are there any other areas where Portal capability is ahead of AGOL capability?
