Annotation Feature Class as Feature Service to edit in Web Or Webmap

Hi Everyone,

Is it possible to publish an "Annotation Feature Class as a Feature Service" in ArcGIS Server 10.6.1 Or higher.... so that I can edit those Annotations as needed in "Web Or Webmaps Etc..."? If yes, Please provide any references Or suggestions to achieve this.

I have not tried this so I am not sure (what happens when you try it?).

One alternative is just publishing the points and then label then.

Another alternative is, in CAD convert those labels to lines and then just publish the lines so they will behave exactly as they do in CAD.
