Feature Reports in Pop-ups

I am wondering if there is any way to attach Survey123 feature reports to the pop-up windows in my feature service automatically. I noticed that the feature reports names appear to be generated by the date and hours/minutes/seconds that the report is generated.

Also, I am attempting to use webhooks to publish my survey results to a Google Drive and then attach them in an email. Is there any way that feature reports can be generated automatically? Would there be a way to automatically send those to the Google Drive when a survey is submitted?
