Cascade story map not wanting to save.

I've been trying to make this story map on cascade and it will work fine for a little bit of time with no problems until I try to hit save. Once I hit the save button, the icon will show that it's loading except it never gets done. After that, it doesn't allow me to add to the immersive sections so I pretty much can't continue working. I've tried to refresh it or open another tab but because it isn't saved, it just starts me over.

Hi Shea -- I'm sorry you're having trouble building a story map. We haven't received other reports of the Cascade builder having this type of problem, so it's likely an issue on your machine or with your network. I'd suggest that you contact Esri Support and they can help you troubleshoot your specific environment.

I am having the same issue with my cascade story map. I am able to do everything else on my computer (use the internet, use arcmap), but the tab with my story map keeps loading for over 15 minutes.
