GE Duplicating Output

GE is duplicating large amounts of messages between the input and output. The input and outputs are not connected in any other service besides the one below. Has anyone had this happen or  know how to fix it?

We discovered that our antivirus software (Cylance) was interfering with geoevent. We are working to figure out exacting what is going on but if Cylance is set to default (basically off) then geoevent performs as expected.
