I reinstalled the operating system without a de-authorizing license, therefore couldn't able to authorize now, help is requested in this regard,

Your license information is managed in the MyEsri port, https://my.esri.com. Go to My Organization>Licensing>License Tools>Recover Lost Licenses. Just follow the instruction to in the website or contact Esri Customer Service to recover your lost licenses.
